Really easy process. Booking was easy and professional. Price was average for this area. Crew arrived on time and performed the work paying close attention to leave everything clean before they left. Extremely professional and kind all way trough. I would recommend them and hire them again when needed.

We had a very positive experience with Atlantic Duct Cleaning. I was hesistant to do duct cleaning, having heard from an HVAC guy that it's not worth it unless you get a good company that has the right equipment and training. After getting a new HVAC system, we began having a lot more trouble with thick dust everywhere, and I began researching proper duct cleaning methods. Then after reading reviews I called Atlantic and the phone representative provided a lot of good information that gave me the confidence that this was a reputable company and that the price tag was going to be worth it. Their crew came on the day / window of time promised. They were courteous and efficient. They covered their shoes and worked carefully through the house and answered my questions about the process as they worked. Very kind and professional. Afterwards I could tell that the air just felt clearer. Several of deal with a lot of allergies, and I really hopeful that this much needed duct cleaning will go a long ways towards helping our indoor air to be cleaner. I would highly recommend Atlantic Duct Cleaning.

The Atlantic Duct Cleaning team was prompt, friendly, yet very professional and did an outstanding job cleaning our air ducts and dryer vent. They were very thorough with their cleaning, as well as making sure their was no mess left behind. (This was especially important to us because my wife is in hospice with a very serious health condition.) Roger did a great job explaining the entire process to us. We couldn't have asked for a better service. It comes as no surprise that they are so highly rated across the board. We highly recommend their service!

Professional and courteous from the office staff making the appointment to the techs doing the job. Easy to schedule. They were a few minutes outside of their hour window but called to let me know. The vent cleaning was done thoroughly. I Took advantage of a special they were offering. $195 for dryer cleanup. Seems expensive but used them because of their reviews. No excessive up selling once they were done. They inquired if I had the entire house vents done before and I had so they just gave me a good timeframe to get them redone in the future and were on their way. Other companies insist on up selling and giving out estimates for work that you "should get done soon".

Atlantic Duct Cleaning did an outstanding job today -- Marvin and Esau were the techs, who arrived 30 minutes early for our scheduled appointment. After inspecting and cleaning all the duct work, they cleaned and scrubbed the air vent exchangers. Additionally, they recommended that I upgrade my return vents with a small filter. This recommendation will improve the air we breathe and provide better health benefits. I am thankful for Marvin's suggestion. This is the second time I have contracted with Atlantic Duct Cleaning. Last time was four years ago and I already have them on my calendar for a return service appointment in 2023. I hope they send Marvin and Esau back. They were just great.

Oswaldo and Joel did an excellent job. They were thorough and even took before and after pictures. I feel better now about the air we are breathing in our home because they did such excellent work. When we get this done again, not only will I use this company, but I will ask for these two gentlemen again.

Handled old leaky ducts with no problem.

Service was efficient, well priced, technicians put covers on their shoes, no equipment left behind, and they threw out metal pieces in the ducts left from the construction crew who built our home.

Wow! First time ever doing air duct cleaning. I always thought is was a bunch of hooey. Not so! They cleaned out dead mice in the ducts and so much more. Professional and amazingly fast (took about 3 hours for whole house). Will definitely be doing this again with them.

I wish I could give them an A++++ and 15 stars! We have an old townhouse that was my dad’s, and the ducks had never been cleaned. The whole process from calling and scheduling including the communication went very smoothly. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and most of all once they got here, they were wonderful with my dogs. LOL. Our ducks were filthy and now they’re super clean including the dryer vent. I am so grateful. The team of Roger and Jose was great. Very thorough, informative, and efficient. They showed up on time and explained the process to us. They cleaned 2 systems and dryer vents and were very careful with our belongings and wore shoe booties. One system is in the crawl space under our house and they had no problem getting to it. The air ducts look very clean.

We had 2 air duct systems cleaned. The crew arrived on time, explained the process, and starting cleaning. They did an excellent job cleaning and left everything around the vents clean. One system is underneath the crawl space and they were able to get to it with no problem. They were very professional and we will hire again.

If you want to pay a little extra for quality professional service, I would recommend Atlantic Duct Cleaning. They were cordial, prompt, efficient, and used good equipment. They were completely done and gone in about two hours. They cleaned the ducts well and cleaned up well before they left. On one of my vent covers the attachment screw holes were stripped out and I wasn't sure how I was going to fix it. After they left I noticed they had fixed the vent cover, they didn't charge any extra, and they didn't say anything; so, kudos to them.

It went very well. The service personnel arrived right on time. They worked very efficiently. They were very courteous and professional. Our apartment was left very clean with everything in order. I will certainly call them again for the same service.

After researching different companies, I chose Atlantic...and I'm so happy that I ended up going with them. The two gentlemen who came to our home were very nice, professional and hard-working. They wore shoe coverings the entire time and put down floor coverings to protect our wood floors when bringing in/out the equipment. They cleaned up most of the debris near the vents and wiped off a ceiling panel after accessing the dryer vent through our attic. I was surprised at how clean everything still was after they left, and how fresh our house seemed. This was our first air duct cleaning in the 17 years we've lived here and our second dryer vent cleaning. I was told by the office, when I scheduled, that I could pay extra for video, but I didn't really need proof that it was necessary or that they were doing their job. I asked a few questions and looked down our one big vent, but I really just tried to stay out of their way. They were here, working hard, for about 3 hours. Now that I know better, I will be having the air ducts and dryer vent cleaned regularly, and I will hire Atlantic again to do it!

Excellent support from the company. We hired them to come and clean our townhouse ducts and liked them so much when we moved in 2017 to a home had them come out before we moved in to clean the ducts at our new (used) home. Professional both times and you'll be amazed at how much stuff they get out of your ducts!
