Description of Work: The guys came out at 8:00 am as we were told they would be here. They spent 1 1/2 hours cleaning the chimney and advised us on some other problems. I have been told by a friend we should repair some of the chimney, but never did. As these guys came out and explained I think they were fair and now we have to wait till Nov 29th for the repairs. Both guys were clean and laid a tarp out before cleaning. I would recommend this crew to other people.

Description of Work: Ashmasters performed 2 services. First the came out and cleaned the chimney ($75). They were on time, fast and clean. They answered my questions and gave me an estimate on a problem I knew I had (cracked firewall). I felt it was a fair price for the repair. They scheduled me and came out the next week and performed the work. Again on time, fast and clean

Description of Work: We hired this company to clean the chimney. In doing so, they brought to our attention that the area where the flue connected to the chimney was cracked and could lead to problems and safety issues in the future. He explained a solution to us which made sense. Costs were definitely higher than why we anticipated, but fair for the work and time that was spent. They also put in a new chimney cover. Very satisfied wit the work, the employees and the manner in which they cleaned up. It was a messy job, but they cleaned everything up perfectly.
