Good quality and good options for HVAC install and financing. Price is a bit high though

The technician arrived sooner than I expected. That was a great plus. He quickly diagnosed the problem and promptly fixed it. I asked about installing a Air Scrubber. He had one in his van. I had him install it. Tech was friendly and very knowledgeable. Great work.

Great price and system installed on our timeline

Bernard with ARS did a great job trouble shooting problem with unit. Offered clear and easy to understand explanation as to what was wrong with unit and provided good advice on repairs. Would highly recommend company. A+++

Good so far

The ARS crew did an excellent job replacing my old A/C unit. They were quick, efficient and courteous. However, when backing their truck from my driveway they damaged my landscaping wall. I immediately contacted their customer service and sent them photos showing the wall before and after the damage. It took me several weeks and numerous phone calls until I finally talked them into sending someone to repair the wall. It should not have been so. So, I would definitely recommend ARS Rooter with a caveat: do not sign the release form about possible damage until they are off your property.

The whole crew at ARS were very professional and accomodating to my concerns and wishes. ARS came out promptly, the salesman, Melvin was informative and friendly and worked with me through the weekend to satisfy what I wanted for my ac system. The manager was on hand to help me get to where I wanted to be with price and more importantly maintenance. The installatiion was implemented within a few days by their technician Shawn who was polite, courteous and very helpful in educating me on the new system. I would highly recommend to everyone to check out ARS when looking for a hvac, installation and maintenance package.

I was contacted by customer service right away. A very professional customer service rep scheduled the appointment. An ARS came to my home, very nice and explained our options. He made a very great deal and could not pass up. The only con was I never got the booklet on the system I purchased that goes over the highlights. Other than, the rep scheduled us in right away to beat the upcoming heat wave. Installation went great, and finally we are enjoying a very nice upstairs temperature as well as the dehumidifying feature. I had a hiccup due to a system issue two weeks later. I called customer service and they had a technician out the same day. Their response, customer service and quick action is why I give 4.5 stars. I will go with them again next year for my other unit.

The work required was greater than they expected, so took a few days longer. We had some minor issues and they were responsive to correct

I wrote a check for a down payment, which was cashed by someone from the company that financed the purchase. Therefore, I had to file a dispute with my bank in order to recovery my money.

Responded to all my question at install time

I had two systems to replace. they sent out two crews to work them in parallel. The first thing they did was put down tarps inside the house, even on the stairway. It was a rainy day, but they did not make any mess inside the house. They left the furnace room cleaner then they found it when done. The outdoor units were leveled very nicely. They did a nice job of taking out the old units and putting in the new. They did a great job of taping everything to seal in the air flow. The work crew were all very nice, willing to answer my questions, never made me feel like I was slowing them down. They treated me like a customer that they wanted to keep happy. They have a great guarantees that show they stand behind their work. I believe the price that I got was competitive. Not the lowest,, but close, and they just made me feel more comfortable with the likely hood that they will be around another 20 years t service these systems, and they had the better warrantees and labor deals. One thing they do is to put all the units into pans and attach water sensors which will cut off the units if they overflow for some reason. Since the old units had a couple issues like that, I really liked that extra touch for even the basement one (the attic unit is required to have the pan.) They also have the nice drains which have the cutoff if the drains clog up. They were done in about 6 hours, including cleanup. And wow, are these new carrier units substantially quieter than the old TRANE ones. Since they are close to the master bedroom window, that is important. Wish I had changed them sooner.
