Description of Work: They were contracted to clean and adjust the propane gas log fireplace for annual cleaning and service. They were unable to start the unit with the remote control because they did not change the appropriate batteries. They said we needed a new remote unit. They re-arranged the logs in the fireplace but I had to re-arrange them after they left to get part of the fireplace started. They were courteous, but totally incompetent.

Description of Work: complete new HVAC system by Carrier. everything went according to plan and accept that they had a faulty installation buy a technician that overheated the expansion valve when soldering the pipes. within the day the system failed and they had to come back out and install a new a-frame evaporator core. they were quick to make the repair even on a holiday weekend.

Description of Work: ARS installed a new humidifier on my furnace. They were very professional and tidy, and explained how to operate the humidifier clearly and completely. My only complaint was that they could not arrive during the specified time frame. However, after calling the office, a new team was dispatched, allowing the work to be completed in a timely fashion.

AWESOME GUYS!
Description of Work: Very professional service. Arrived on time. He was very fast and thorough. Showed me some areas of concern but did not push for additional repairs or give a sales pitch. I was so impressed I later called the company to discuss furnace/HVAC/water heater replacement. Was further impressed and decided to have them do it all. Great service, great folks, no high pressure sales pitches/very reasonable prices.
