Description of Work: The ARS serviceman provided an annual heater service as part of a service contract. The price seems to be within the normal range of service contract for these types of things - I like IRS because they maintain contact with me and reminded me that I need to get my service done - after I had paid for it upfront last spring. They called ahead of time and kept me informed of their expected arrival and provided professional service.

Description of Work: After our semi annual summer to winter turn over,we were told everything was great. Two days later,we had neither A/C nor heat upstairs. After a tech came out, we were informed that our 7yr old system was in need of repair or replacement. After repeatedly questioning that the coolant had been allowed to leak out (something which happened to our neighbor) they insisted that could not happen and sent out their salesman. He informed us we could either do a diagnostic ($500), a parts replacement ($2500) or replacement of the unit ($8000 down to $6000) as existing customers. After finally contacting a manager, who sent out another tech to replace coolant,the system has preformed perfectly and the contract with ARS has been cancelled.

Description of Work: The technician was fine. It was the Manager Allan William that would not call me back to discuss cost and having the job done. He kept tell me about he not being there for a week and it put him behind on the work that was needed to be done. He call me back once and did not have the paper work in front of him and told me he will call back in 2 hours. I waited and I call him again and left a message and to this day he still have not call me. I do not want to do business with this company.

Description of Work: I hired ARS to come out and do an annual inspection of my AC unit. They were on time and very professional. The visit was quick and thorough. They didn't try to make me purchase any unnecessary items and explained everything they were doing while they were there. I would definitely hire them again.

Description of Work: ARS came and installed an AC/Heating system after ours both failed this spring...yes, at the same time. (It was the week the weather was in the low 40's then the 90's) The team was very professional, accomodating with our schedule and we are very happy with the Carrier system they installed. We sat down with the sales rep before hand and he showed us all of our system options and the warranties. He explained the difference until we understood and were comfortable with our choices. They also offer financing. The install team showed up at the agreed time and cleaned up after themselves. We had an out of town wedding so our 21 yr old daughter was here when the came and they were very respectful to her. I'd recommend them.
