Description of Work: ARS maintains my heating and air conditioning system. I make an appointment for a twice yearly check and cleaning of my system. I gave them a B in punctuality because in almost every case, the technician phones me and asks to arrive early - sometimes by hours. This is not a significant problem, but when I work and schedule around the appointment, I cannot change it.

Description of Work: I use ARS Plumbing and heating for heating and a/c services. We had an emergency repair of a, outside a/c broke down while we were still in the house and they showed up real fast and identified it, fixed it and I had to sell my first born to pay the bill but yes we got it.
