They did a super job. Because they installed the furnace and said nothing should of been wrong with it, they didn't charge me anything.

They did a good job of the installation. Initially there were a couple of times we had to call them back because of the way they wired it but they fixed it and it's been working fine ever since. They were also professional.

They did an excellent job. The people were very personable and did the job in a very timely manner.

It's turned out great. They are on time and very professional in the way they do business and deal with their customers.

They are great. I don't think I would have anyone else to maintain my air and furnace system. They all must go to charm school because they are all so courteous.

It's turned out real well and they perform the service quite well. They once responded to a problem we had and they managed to get it fixed quickly. I was pretty pleased. They were prompt. They also put booties on their shoes so they don't make a mess.

When they tell you that you need a new system; get a second opinion. Most of their techs are professionals, but one tech, pushed us to buy a new system every time he came to our home. At one point during his most recent visit, he told us ARS might drop our contract if we didn't consider a new system; we took it as a threat (intended or not). As I described his visit to so many friends, he gave us the 'full court press' to buy a new system. ARS' inability to make a service call until after the Memorial Day holiday, even when called on May 26, was unacceptable and became 'the straw that broke the camel's back.' We will not be renewing our service contract with ARS and do not plan to ever contact them again. There are too many other reputible companies out there able to serve our needs 24/7, even if it is a holiday. No thanks ARS, you're history.

The only thing I did not like was that they could have told me that the service tech was coming in the evening. They just had it opened all day. I did call, and complain. The service tech did come back out the next day. They were professional. I would use their services again.

Everything went very well. They have been very prompt and very good about being clean in the house. Again, they do a good job.

We pay $380 / year; two systems, two service calls / year. We plan on using them in the future.

Overall, they have been pretty good. They have had their share of problems but if there has been an issue they always come out and are prompt in doing so. When they installed the A/C system, it was calibrated wrong but again, they came right out and took a look at ie. They are very punctual and will always call before they come. They are also good with scheduling.

Everything has been fine. We have been satisfied with their service.

They have always been extremely responsive. When we have a problem they are always quick to respond. They are courteous to call to remind us that it’s time for the service and I find that very helpful. I know they aren’t the cheapest service but I am very happy with the contract that we have with them. We are very pleased with their work.

They give us priority in our maintenance contract. If something is wrong, then they do take care of that.

I am satisfied with the services. I would use them again.

They upgraded the air filters and we got an air purifier. We used them because they had a good deal in February. The people that came and installed were very nice. They cleaned up after themselves. The salesperson that came out was very informative. He showed us 4 or 5 different brands and went over the pros and cons. He showed us the price for each of them.

I had a very bad experience with them. One of my air conditioning units ceased to function and they came out, and they told me that the Freon was down. This cost me $300 to find out that the Freon was down. They then told me they would be happy to refill the Freon for $500, and when I asked if even that was going to leak again, they said that they thought it would last for another couple of years. When I asked them what if that leaked, and they said that they could go and look for the leak but that would be another $400. Then I said to fill up the Freon and they filled it, and it worked for a day and then all the Freon leaked and they came up again and charge me another $400 to find out that the condenser was choked which was actually sort of obvious from the beginning. I spent $1200 and got nothing. They said that if I wanted to replace the condenser that would cost me $2000. At this point, I decided to get a second opinion from my wife. I found another company whom I have been using for my condo for years, and they are good, so they came out and replaced it for me. They came out and looked at it and said they will replace it for $1200 and said me that the previous install was bad. The other company came out and did the installation for $1200 and it has been good for some more years. For the price, they use a book, and the book tells them what the prices are, and their prices are ridiculous for what they are. The Freon was very costly in comparison to others. They said that they would credit me back a little of $400 from the original fees. I would not use them again in the future. Then I lost the rooftop compressor a year later on two systems, and had another company who came out and replaced that unit with a much better newer unit for $3600 and replaced the whole air conditioning system because they were Freon based system and couldn't fix them anymore and had to only replace them. This was on the five-story house and they didn't use the crane to go up. They actually managed to get in up through the interior without damaging anything unlike others.

We've used them for almost 20 years before they became ARS. We have been very satisfied with the service. They have been quick and on time. We've had no problems. Their prices are probably average in comparison to other companies and we have been satisfied. Our two year agreement expired last month and we renewed for another 12 months.

We have used ARS since we moved into our house 28 years ago. We have purchased 3 heating and cooling systems from them and had annual maintenance contracts. Obviously, we have been pleased!

I am very happy with their services.

They are outstanding and I use them as a service provider. I have my annual service contract with them and will use them again in the future.

I scheduled an appointment on-line and received an a confirmation e-mail figuring everything was set for the next day. When the 8am to 10am window passed by without a call or e-mail stating that the tech would be late I decided to call them and try to figure out what was going on. I was told that since they were closed Sunday that they didn't schedule the appointment. My fist thought was then why have that service if you're not going to use it, anyway I gave them the benefit of the doubt and they sent a tech out. The tech, Tim, came out and proceeded to find the cause of the blower on my heating unit not working. After a bit of time he came to the conclusion that my blower motor needed to be replaced for about $790+. He then proceeded to try and up-sell me a whole new unit within the $6500 range. I guess he thought I was made of money or something, but I just nodded and said I would think about it. The next day I scheduled with another company to get a second opinion and they came out diagnosed the problem as a bad capacitor. They replaced it (under $190) and I have not had any problems with my heater since. If you are reading this and trying to decide whether or not to use ARS, I would have to have to say "don't do it!". That is unless you like listening to people trying to sell you overpriced BS.

On time, punctual, courteous and clean.

Salesman came to the house and explained the options and costs. He was very knowledgable. No pressure. The prices are expensive, but they through in discounts that bring the prices down to the normal overpricing in the industry. The crew showed up as scheduled and did a good job removing the old system and installing the new. They got it right the first time and I could find nothing to be critical of, which says a lot because I am hard to please - I rarely see home-related work performed better than I could do it.

I have an annual agreement with them and I have got them for twenty years. The annual fee is about $200. It is an annual contract for furnace and heat pump. They are reliable, dependable, efficient and reasonable.
