I ound provider to immediately attempt to sell me up. When asked if he had performed all individual services listed, I was told that I could not expect that for the price quoted. I felt totally conned. On top of it my humidifier is no longer connected. VERY Dissatified

The annual fee is $269.00 which two annual routine services(for Summer--AC and Winter-furnace). Unscheduled service is always available and routinely within 1-4 days--immediate if an emergency. Strongly recommend.

Slightly annoyed that the tech recommended several add-ons to the system that are not needed but were obviously sale tactics.

We have been using them for 32 years. They are great!

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went well. It was just preventative so there wasn't much they had to do. I was not greatly satisfied but I was satisfied.

everything went well but it bothers me that the service contract costs $20 more per service ($30 if i had had to pay current contract rates) than their advertised specials for single checkups. the discounts for if something goes wrong may eventually come in handy but until then i'm paying a noticeable premium for my loyalty :(

Have had their service on our HVAC systems for 21 years. Whenever they have been called for service, they come immediately, complete the service well with little or no upselling. Three years ago installed a more efficient system at our request.

They absorbed the company that put in my heating in 1976. I have a regular contract with them and they come out a couple of times every year in the spring and fall. They have done a fine job most of the time. They have been very helpful. I am quite content with the service. They have done quite well. The price seems fair to me. They maintain my heat pump and humidifier. The price is well worth it. I haven't compared their prices.

ARS performed an HVAC check-up for me and did a great job. The technician, Tim, that came to my house was knowledgeable, friendly and very courteous. He walked me through the various issues with my system, as well as the pros and cons of replacing it. He also explained what system options might work best for my particular home.

Used them for my routine check up for years But the last routine service which lacked it was complete in 15 min flat that was for two units. also a noise in the unit in basement and the price the quoted me was double than others charge for sane repair, But the funny thing was what they said was the issue was not the issue the rattle was in duct work it was a piece of tape that was loose $.00 to fix on a free quote to figure it out. So I would of spent close to $800.00 and still have the same issue. When I called for a refund on poor service for my routine service they have yet to do so.

Furnace checkout and tune up. On time and thorough!

Have used ARS several times over the years to inspect and maintain our furnace and AC. I've always trusted their work and our HVAC is running strong.

They have always been prompt, professional, friendly and courteous.

Spent most of the time selling additional services or a new unit. Still confused as to how the system and vents work. I will try someone else next time.

ARS supplied and installed a Mitsubishi Mini-Split Heat Pump for our garage. Super easy and professional experience. Will be having them install another one in a different addition to the house soon.

Resolved issue and A/C is working fine now

Clean and inspect both furnace units.

They checked the heat from the furnace, and recommended that I get a better filter; i.e. one that is pleated. They did not check A/C since that is not part of the deal. They also did not check the two fans outside, because they said that only deals with A/C, but I'm not sure that is true -- there is a unit outside which has a fan; that fan spins up when the heat turns on. Also, other companies have checked that as part of their furnace checkup.

ARS was great. They showed up with only 2 minutes left in their scheduled window, but considering it was late in the day, that's not so bad. The man performing the work was very polite, professional, and quick. He showed me things about my furnace I didn't know, told me about new technologies, sold me a service contract, and was gone. It was a good experience and I look forward to having them back.

Trey was the person who came and gave our furnace an annual check-up. He was exactly on time, professional and knowledgeable. Because of our experience with him I brought ARS in last week to give us an estimate for an attic fan and we will be using them again. Thank you.

Just inspection, recommended replacement

Fairly standard servicing of the HVAC. The gentlemen who did the service was courteous and thorough. He didn't try the "hard sell" to convince me to buy additional products or services, but did let me know what additional services were available, how much they would cost, and what benefit I would get from them.
