They called me first because I was out of town for a while; we set up an appointment and they came down and they did a good job

Man came out looked at our system and told my husband that he could not fix it and neither could any other company. Said it was outdated and no body uses this kind of system any more. Said we should call his company to get a new system installed. Said to call his office to get refund for our coupon I purchased but everytime I called the number he gave me I left messages and no one responded so I gave up. Still using our system and I have never had anyone tell us that they could not work on it.

We have always been satisfied with their service.

The installers were very professional and answered every question we had. When we were afraid that the installation had affected our electrical system, they sent a second team to go over both systems to find the problem which turned out to have nothing to do with the install. (We just had to replace a switch.) They were able to get the install set up much more quickly (and were less expensive) than the other contractors we called. The only complaint was the salesman talked us into a whole house humidifier that the service techs would not install due to our lack of sump pump/drainage ability. Of course we didn't get charged for it, and after the winter we had, we were thankful that the techs would not allow a drainage situation that could have possibly caused frozen pipes. we are also thankful we went to a 15 seer, becuase even with the winter we had, the electical bill went down over $100 each month. I would recommend ARS to anyone.

They check to make sure that both, A/C in sprin g and fuirnace in the fall are working properly, do any service necessary and let us know if they see any problems that might be comong up. We have used ARS for 40 years, and this group for over 10 years.

I called on Feb 18th at night. They came the next morning and replaced the blower motor in the furnace.

So on this occasion, it made sense when we went to purchase our new home we had them inspect the two existing HVAC systems. We will also purchase a yearly maintenance agreement from them to cover the units at the new house.

ARS always responsive. I have a maintenance plan with them. never any issues or problems. in fact they call regularly to remind you. only thing to watch out for is that the techs are encouraged to sell you something extra. I sometimes agree but only after doing my own research.

The service went okay. The service was not bad. They were my last resort. I think I will not use them again. It was not because the service was poor but because of the other services that they try to sell. I never knew if they were giving me accurate information or were they just trying to sell me products. Because of that, it’s difficult for me to trust them. They were fine and the job they did was good. The price was great but when I called, they said that the coupon was only good for the air conditioning unit. But I insisted that the coupon included heating and furnace.

The day before a predicted heavy snow storm was to arrive, my furnace quit working. I have a maintenance contract with ARS so I called them and they came out within three hours. Unfortunately, my 8 year old furnace needed replacement parts that made repair uneconomical. ARS was able to obtain and install a new furnace that day. From the time I first called (8:30 AM) until the work was finished at 3:30PM, a total of only 7 hours transpired. These guys are good! They were prompt, courteous, not pushy and very efficient. Three guys worked together to complete the job and it was like watching a well oiled team in complete harmony.

Very well. Still working a year later. I initially thought it was the compressor gone bad. They were completely honest with me as they could have sold the compressor.

This transaction went well. The technician was curtious and knowledgable. I would use this company again and recommend them.

It turned out to be wonderful. I spent more than the offer which was $59 because it was my choice. I purchased the maintenance package for a year. I will recommend them. The technician who came out was wonderful and he was very helpful. They did a great job.

I really liked them a lot. They did a very good job and their price was way less than other companies. The only thing was the person that they sent was not that knowledgeable. He worked on the system for 3-4 hours, but he couldn't figure out what was wrong with it, so he had to have his senior come out in order to fix the problem.

They were great and they did exactly what they were supposed to do. They gave me their estimate for what we needed which was a whole new system. They were quick and I couldn’t have asked for anymore. I had no complaints with them. The technician was very personable and anxious for the business, but we decided to use another company to replace the system. There was nothing wrong with what they wanted to do we just needed a different approach.

It went fine. They did good work and they were quick. I would use them again.

We price shopped with three other contractors before going with ARA. We have had the best prompt service - they performed exactly as the contracts stated and in a couple of instances went beyond what was required - our questions were handled in a professional manner - no complaints - our service installations were approx two years ago but our maintenance contracts are on-going.

ARS is outstanding in their work and professionalism. I will always continue to use their services.

Took his time to explain what he was doing, and answer questions about how to optimize performance of the system and conserve energy and save $$$. ARS / Rescue Rooter Manassas - 9201 were really good. I like him a lot. He did good work and checked out the whole system and it's worked very good this winter. We've been very warm. He was a very experienced guy and was one of the assistant managers. He wasn't a new technician or anything. He knew exactly what he was doing and he did everything good and quick. They were good. . They came back on Tuesday of the following week at about 09:00 A.M was completely finish by approximately 5:00 P.M.. They discarded the old system and all its parts; cleaned up when finished and answered any questions I had. I was very satisfied with everything. They were very professional.

Responsive, punctual, fixed recent heat pump problem. However their service visits too often devolve to sales visits, in which the latest HVAC gizmo add-on is proffered.
