+ -1 moreI called on a Sunday morning and Kenneth responded immediately to a leaking pipe. In less than two hours, he had fixed the issue. He was responsive and professional, especially for a weekend emergency. Well done!!

+ -1 moreThe insurance company paid for it, and in the end I had to call them out 3 or 4 times to correct their work, and they refused to come out the last time. I will never use them again. They should be out of business. I would tell anyone who is calling them to run.
Description of Work: I used Around The Clock Plumbing, and they were absolutely awful. I had a leak in the wall of the basement, and the pipes were leaking, and they told me that the pipe wasn't leaking. They replaced the pipe under the tub, and that started to leak. They came out 2 times to check it out, and then they refused to come out the 4th time to check it out.

+ -1 moreAs above, called mid afternoon to effect electrical repairs required by plumbing problems. Usual plumber did plumbing repairs but wouldn't/couldn't do the electrical part. called Around the Clock. He was there late that afternoon and made the repair in short order. Several days later, we had a repeat of the same plumbing problem. Since Around the Clock was so quick to respond, I called them again. They were equally quick to respond and equally effective. They are now my "go to" plumber and electrician.
Description of Work: Called initially to perform electrical repairs caused by plumbing problems. Prior plumber repaired plumbing problems, but not electrical. Subsequent plumbing repairs were quickly resolved.
