"I am so disappointed with the false accusation of you [removed member name], the lies and miss leading statements. we are very sorry for this to happen to any or our customers to end this way. Hi, I am the owner of Arctic Sun heating & A/C, And I was the installer on this job as well, [member name removed] wasn't even home the day it was installed, the system was exact replacement so we don't move thermostat its located close to the return, and nothing was mentioned at that time. the real reason of the bad compressor was lack of changing air filters, proper maintenance of twice a year. No HVAC company keeps a compressor in stock, Call one of your local dealers and ask!! the compressor was on back order, we can proof that as well as any of this falseness. the warranty coverage is like your car warranty if you don't change oil in your car they will not replace the motor for free!!! nether do we for not changing filters or keeping up with maintenance. the $99.00 I had it waved my self for a good customer in time of need, the wires after testing a shorted out compressor doesn't harm any of the systems operations, its outside and water proof. The terminology of a VACCUM doesn't mean a shop vacuum or a house vacuum its a refrigerant vacuum that doesn't have anything to do with cleaning the outdoor heat pump. The tech was talking of pulling a vacuum after the compressor would be install. [member name removed] if your going to run a company down for not being the best in the middle of the summer I wish you would hire a lawyer and prove every thing you say. but you may be able to get by with it here but you cant in court. Its so sad over 15 years of executional service in the hvac business and this is the only non happy customers. please call me anytime, the owner of arctic sun,The honest and competent installer of your heating & A/C system that's been here for over 15 years!!!!"
