All-Star Duct Cleaning

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It turned out very well. I didn't pay any additional. They did a good job. They were professional and I would have them come back and do it again. I was satisfied with their work. The price seemed cheaper than I would normally pay.

I won't let it go that long again and will definitely use this service in the future.

My appointment was for 8:00 AM and they arrived exactly at 8:00 AM. It is so nice not to have to wait for a contractor to show up for an appointment. Russell, the owner of the company was very professional, he and his helper put down floor covering to protect the hardwood, wore shoe covers, and got right to work. They were very thorough and even made sure that they vacuumed every spot in each room where they removed vents. This is a company I will refer to my friends and neighbors. They did a great job.

Scheduling was perfect. The deal was everything I had expected. The communication with them was satisfactory.

We were disappointed in the description of their services they listed "video inspection" of ducts and then when they arrived we were told that had to be arranged for separately and there was an addional charge for it. We had purchase a Big Deal and felt that the cost was too much to not include this service as no where was it listed that this was not in the price. We would not have paid as much as we did if we knew it was not included

They did okay. I cannot say it was the best or the worst experience. They need to keep the equipment outside the house. They didn’t make a mess, but having such large equipment inside the house was inconvenient.

Very good work. We had no idea the ducts were as dirty as they were when we bought the house a few months prior. Great work, quick and very clean. Highly recommend.

Did very little - more like a lick and a swipe as my grandmother used to say. Were mainly interested in upselling to full service visit.

They showed up on time and were very professional. As soon as they showed up that put covers over their shoes to keep the house clean. They worked very quickly and efficiently. This is the best service provider that I have ever had out. I would highly recommend using this company.

We contacted All-Star Duct Cleaning to clean out our dryer vent. Our smoke detector had gone off the night before, while the dryer was running, so we thought we might have some blockage. All-Star offered to work us in the same day, but we weren't able to do it, so our appointment was scheduled for a few days later. The crew, Russell and another gentleman, showed up within the scheduled time, were very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and well-equipped to do the job. I was amazed at how much came out of our vent! They didn't just blow it out once, but diligently worked until the hose blew clear. They appeared to do a very thorough job, even gave me advise on my dryer hose, and cleaned up the area inside and out. I asked lots of questions and they were very patient and knowledgeable in answering everything. I highly recommend them, and have already put them on my calendar for my yearly cleaning next year. Well done, All-Star!

They did a wonderful job. They were just very good to work with. He came in, they put their rug down on the floor and they were in and out here about an hour and a half. They were very pleasant and I would recommend them to any body. There's nobody else I would use.

Used All-Star to clean the mold out of our air ducts. Breathing and feeling better ever since.

It was done well. For the price, it was done very well. I invited them but they didn't solve the problem that they were supposed to, as I realized later. I had a problem with the heating system in my bathroom, and it was cleaned. But it was not their fault, the guy said there might be a problem and they might have to do duct cleaning, so. But the duct cleaning itself was nicely done and I have no complains. They were really nice. They were very nice because I ordered another guy to do duct cleaning and he showed up and refused to do the job because we were on the third floor and he said he could not use the equipment up there. These guys showed up and did everything with no complains.

We just moved in to our house and noticed that there was a lot of lint stuck in the dryer vent coming out of the outside wall. We didn't know the last time the vent was cleaned but were worried about the amount of time it took for clothes to dry and also the possible fire danger. We went to Angie's list and after reading the reviews decided to select All-Star Duct Cleaning. The $115 cost also was nice. They were able to schedule the cleaning in a few days. We appreciated their prompt service (they even called to see if they could come a half hour before their scheduled time). The job was thorough and they cleaned up afterwards (there was a lot of lint). We have recommended them to our son who lives in the area. Thanks for the great service!

They were on time and quite helpful. No only did they clear the main vent leaving the house, but the technician also showed me how to really clean the vent in the door of my dryer. A specific screwdriver to get below the main lint screen that enabled me to get at debris during the year. Would recommend again!

Crew was friendly, prompt. Came in and brought their own equipment. Finished the job in a couple of hours. No problems are issues. Our house smells so much better now and it has definitely helped with the dust.

I purchased a deal from Angie's List for All-Star Duct Cleaning. They were very courteous and extremely flexible in helping me schedule a time for the service. The gentlemen who came to our home were very polite and explained their services in detail so that we understood the work that was being done. They made every effort to ensure that the job was completed in a timely manner and that the work areas were kept clean.

Cleaned ducts and then the mold which was found.

Provider arrived within stated window and did a thorough job cleaning the ductwork. He offered to also sanitize for an additional charge and removed a duct grate in a laundry room that was covered with mold. Overall he did a very good job.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was great. There were no additional charges. They were here a long time and they worked really hard. They were really good about contacting me and letting me know when they were going to be here. They were running a few minutes late and they called so their communication was really good. They seemed to do really good work. It was an older fellow and a young guy and they really seemed to care about their work. I would definitely use them again.

All Star did an excellent job. They were thorough, neat, careful, polite, and professional. I recommend them.

The technicians were prompt, professional and efficient. They worked well together and explained what was going to happen and answered all questions. The guys were in and out with the least amount of disruption as possible. Would use the company again.
