We purchased the Big Deal, and the company called us within a day or two of the purchase to schedule our appointment. The technician was timely and professional, and our dryer vent was cleaned very well. The technician cleaned up well afterward. We were very happy with this service. Excellent!

Because of a flat tire they could not make it to the appointment scheduled on a Saturday afternoon but All-Star Duct Cleaning bent over backwards to make up for missing the appointment and they sent a team out on Sunday afternoon. The two workers came out and did a great job cleaning all of the vents and the dryer vent. Very friendly and very professional! It was a very positive experience. With the great customer service and the job they did on the vents they lived up to their All-Star name. I would highly recommend!.

I liked everything and I don’t have any complaints. They came in, did their job, they were clean and they were nice. The only complaint that I have is that one of the gentleman, I think the lead guy told me that I had some mold down around the furnace or something. I guess that is the only thing I did not like and that is what I hear they do. They will look and they will say that you have mold and then you have to do this and that. I just told them that I will handle that another time. I guess that is the only thing that I did not like. Other than that they were great and I would advice others to use them. Their price was a very good deal.

They came ahead of schedule (which I like) and did a quick inspection of all the vents and returns in my house. They then proceeded to bring in their machines and vacuum which sucked the thick dust from inside the vents. They wasted no time, they seemed well organized, and cleaned up after they're done. I was very satisfied, they did a good job at really cleaning the vents and returns. They also checked my dryer vent for free. I like the honesty of the workers who did not press me to have that work done as well, since it was fine. They just vacuumed a little.

The company representative contacted me and set the appointment after they received my payment for the Angies list Special. The individual was very polite and set up the appointment around my busy schedule. The morning that the vents were to be cleaned the company called 30 minutes out to remind me. When the company representatives arrived they called to let me know they were in front of my house. They introduced themselves, put shoe covers on before entering the house to look at the Vent system. Next he put a sheet on the floor to protect the floor when the equipment was brought in. There were three employees, all of whom were very professional. They were thorough and I am very pleased. I would choose them again.

The two workers were courteous and experienced. However, after they left we noticed that the vent on the outside of the house had been pushed out several inches. They came back out the next day, but not before the hose had completely fallen out of the wall on the inside of the house. On 2/4/13 they returned to finish remaining work.

The type of service performed was whole house air duct cleaning. Since there was also evidence of mold, I also agreed to mold treatment. The technicians were very professional and made sure they explained things to me before performing the extra job. They were very fast and finished everything in one hour. Thank you.

I bought the Big Deal with some trepidation. This was my first time buying something on Angie's List. I checked out All Star's website which was informative and professional. I also read Angie's List reviews on this company which were quite helpful. So I pushed the button on buying that deal. My ducts have not been cleaned in many years. I have my 86 year old grandmother in the house which necessitates a cleaner environment. Doing this was a no brainier. I'm glad that I did. Making the appointment over the phone was a breeze. The contact was professional, friendly and informative. She patiently answered all of my questions. On the day of the appointment Russell and his two assistants had trouble finding my house so they were late. They had headed in the wrong direction. He did call me and apologized for the error. He made sure that he got the right address and kept me apprised of ETA. When they arrived they used booties to keep the floors clean. Use of drop cloths protected the floors when the HEPA air filtration machine was moved into the house. We did a walk through and I showed Russell where all the vents were. Both machine and use of a high pressure air hose was employed to do the job.. In addition to the vents, the vent covers were also thoroughly cleaned. He and his colleagues were very efficient and professional. The icing on the cake was when the mold sanitizer got put into the air system. Not only did I have peace of mind that I was acting proactively to prevent problems down the road, I must say that the whole house smelled very fresh and clean. Several years ago I had had a vent cleaning done. In comparison, what All Star did was light years ahead in terms of thoroughness and caliber of equipment. I was very impressed by Russell and his crew. Gem of a find! I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again and have recommended them already to several friends. As I write this now in early February 2013, I can say that the air in the house is much, much cleaner. This service was worth every penny. I am now an All Star and Angie's List fan.

They explained the process very well and arrived at an adequate time within the window give. They seemed to do a good job. They did have to cancel their initial appointment because of a snow day but were able to do the work the following week. They did a good job of keeping me informed and communicating.They were courteous and I would recommend them.

I was glad there was a coupon on Angie's List for duct cleaning, we needed to have it done. These guys were good, prompt and thorough, though they did try to upsell us telling us there was mold in the ducts. My ducts hadn't been cleaned in several years since the company we previously used closed after the death of the owner, and I needed a recommendation to someone I could trust.

Learned about the company as a result of an Angie's List coupon. The price was less than other companies. Spoke with representative about services to be performed. I specifically asked and was specifically told they would perform a video inspection of a duct line I suspected was clogged, crimped or unhooked. A primary reason for selecting this company. I was also told there would be no additional charges to the service of cleaning my ducts. The workers were timely, pleasant and professional and performed the service of cleaning my ducts within an hour's time. I asked about the video inspection and was told that the camera unit was on another job. To placate me the worker reached his hand down the duct in question and snapped a picture with his phone. When I said that wasn't what I was promised he did say he could return at no extra charge. When the job was finished I was presented with a bill that included a cost for an additional $25 for "blow out HVAC unit". I questioned the cost. He immediately crossed it off the bill along with crossing off video inspection. The actual cleaning was just fine. I'm not happy about the lack of video inspection or having to address an attempt at an extra charge.

Very polite and appreciative of the health concerns of my genetically allergic family with three cats! I had made sure that all the registers were easy to access, but they carefully moved away some things that might have been broken by their equipment. They finished the cleaning efficiently, then did the sanitizer treatment for no extra charge. I have already told my sisters about their great work and will recommend them to my teaching colleagues when the Spring semester starts!
