All-Star Duct Cleaning

I thought they did a very thorough job. From what I have read of other people's reviews of similar jobs (with different companies), All Star Air Duct was superior in their thorough cleaning.

I was very happy with the company and the job they did. They arrived on time, introduced themselves, and were careful to keep the house clean while they did some dirty work. I did have two issues, though. The first is that my Big Deal said $199 for whole house air duct cleaning but when I called to schedule, I was told that was only for ONE AC unit and that to service both it would be and additional $199. So, Angie's List, whole house should mean whole house and since most people have 2 units, you should specify that. However, All-Star Air Duct Cleaning honored the $199 price for the second unit, which was an honorable thing to do since they didn't do the marketing. The other issue I had was that not all of my ceiling registered were replaced (one room was completely missed), which also lead to lost screws. Not a huge issue, but annoying and something I will just check before they leave next time.

All-Star Duct Cleaning did a good job. They didn't waste any time. They came out, did what was asked and were gone. Their professional and punctuality was excellent. The pricing was great. I would use All-Star Duct Cleaning for this service again.

They called and told me they would be at my home at a specific time. They were late to the appointment and I had to re-schedule the appointment. They were on time to the next appointment and completed the work efficiently. They had such a great customer service that I went ahead and paid for the extra services that they offerred outside of the Big Deal that I had purchased.

All-Star Duct Cleaning went very well. They came out to do the job last week. I bought the two deals and I bought two whole house sanitizer for each unit so each of those were $200. Total was $798 I think. They were very polite, very clean, very thorough, very quick. They were very accommodating to do whatever I asked for like scheduling wise. They were very professional. They came in and they did their job. They gave me pamphlets on what they were doing and what would help in my house. They were very helpful.

I used this company to clean my heating air/conditioning vents as well as the dryer vent. The crew arrived as scheduled, were courteous and competent and worked quickly and efficiently . I was pleased with their work. My house is 24 years old but was purchased only two years ago so I did not know the history of the maintenance on the duct work. the crew assured me that everything looked ok. I swear the house even smelled better after the duct cleaning.

I really liked them. They were clean, courteous, and took care to not make a mess. I also asked them to clean the dryer vent for an additional $125. When they were cleaning they also noticed that there was mold in the air duct. He gave me the information for that and the additional cost of $150. He pointed to the area but I really couldn't see it unless I got on ladder but I didn't doubt them.

When we made the appointment we had asked that they replace the dryer vent and were told they would. When they were ready to leave they informed us that they didn't have the parts to replace the vent and we should do it ourselves. But since they had 'cleaned' the vent we were charged $125.00 for the cleaning. I would never use them again.

Two employees arrived on time and did their work quickly. They were professional and friendly.

I was able to schedule my appointment on a Saturday, they arrived on time and were very professional. They worked very efficiently and cleaned up and replaced all furniture to its original location. They recommended cleaning every 3 -5 years.

We purchased the duct cleaning as a Big Deal on Angie's List and were extremely pleased with All-Star. I called and spoke with Jenny to set up the appointment and Russell and Dave arrived during the 2 hour window that I was given. Russell explained the entire process to us prior to starting. All-Star brings the vacuuming equipment right into the house so that you get the maximum amount of suction. They did an excellent job and we were very pleased with their professionalism. They cleaned up every area prior to leaving. I would definitely recommend them to others and we will be using them again.

Outstanding and I decided to have the bacterial and fungal spray at extra cost but called company contact and they discounted this extra charge. Very positive experience!

It was a good deal at a great price. While they were in my home, I asked if they could clean my dryer vent and they did. They performed the work in the time frame that was quoted to me which included the extras. Let me also add that put back all furniture items in each room and cleaned up behind themselves. I would recommend this company and will use them again.

The dryer vent cleaning seems fine (although I have no way to check for quality). The problem was that when I scheduled my service, I called about dryer vent cleaning, but when I told them I was an Angie's List customer they said there was a special that also included air duct cleaning for $199, so I decided to have that done too. We set the date & time, and they told me the total price would be $324. When the tech arrived, he had only dryer vent cleaning on his invoice. We spoke to the office, and Jenny said they'd made an error and forgotten to schedule me for duct cleaning. She said they would rearrange schedules (and even push out other customers ?!) to accommodate me, but then she asked how many systems I had. I asked why that mattered, and she told me it was $199 PER SYSTEM. Initially, when this was set up there was no question of how many systems, and I was told only that it would be $199 to have my ducts cleaned. I almost told the tech to leave without even cleaning my dryer vent, but since I had rearranged my schedule to be home, I decided to let him perform that work. Needless to say, I did not have them clean the ducts. I would NOT use this service provider again nor recommend to anyone.

The workmen were effiicient, effective and tidy. They were pleasant company, knowledgeable about what they were doing, and the time they spent on the job was exactly as long as promised.

They were very nice called to remind me about the deal and told me how to get a refund.

I HAD CALLED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT BUT THEY WERE BOOKED FOR ABOUT TWO WEEKS...I SAID I WOULD WAIT...THE SAME DAY JENNY CALLED AND THEY CAME OUT....HOW CAN I GO ON BUT TO SAY WOW...SO PROFESSIONAL COURTEOUS AND GREAT JOB...THEY WERE HERE FOR QUITE AWHILE AND DID A SURPERB JOB...SHOWED US EVERYTHING AS THEY WENT ALONG...GREAT PRICE...I HAVE NO COMPLANINTS....WISHED WE COULD HAVE HAD THEM STAY FOR DINNER...THE BEST EVER....A PLUS ALL THE WAY....THANKS JENNY AND TEAM...

We decided to clean our ducts based upon the recommendation of our heating servicers. All Star Duct Cleaning was responsive to my phone call for an appointment. They arrived promptly, were very neat, informative, and performed the work requested. We were very satisfied with the work performed and the manner in which we were treated from the initial contact to the end result.

I was very satisfied with the team that did the air duct cleaning. They were on time, wore booties to keep the floor clean, took utmost care with what they did. The team lead told me that it looked like I had some mold at the bottom of my air duct and asked if I wanted a mold treatment. Initially I thought he might be trying to upsell me (which I don't like), but I saw a little bit of the mold and told him to go ahead. I also had never had the ducts cleaned since I moved in 3 years ago. As it turned out, I had been having some strange minor dizziness from time to time prior to the cleaning and treatment that All Star did - to my surprise and pleasure this went away completely after they were finished. I am sensitive to mold so I think they made the right call in recommending the mold treatment as well as getting rid of the built up dust in the air ducts.

It went very well. The company was punctual and worked efficiently. They noted that some of the duct overs were painted shut and asked permission before removing them. They did forget to replace one duct cover before leaving. But otherwise they were good about cleaning up.
