The service provided by All-Star Duct Cleaning was fine. They were quick and they did a good job. It took them a while to set up my appointment at first.

The company was recommended to me by my realtor. My realtor deals with different service providers on a daily basis, so I trust his judgement. I bought one of the coupons they had for $223 to clean all vents within the house. I set up an appointment and called me to confirm a few days before with a one-hour window. They actually finished the job they had before mine early, so they called to ask if they could come an hour early; I agreed and they did. I really appreciated Russell putting on booties to cover his shoes before entering my house. He went through all the vents with me before starting the job. Mind you that day I had painters and another provider at the house, so it was chaos. He and his colleagues managed to work around the painters and finish in about 2 hours. After they finished, they helped me change the furnace filter and they vacuumed each area they cleaned. I'll definitely recommend them and use them again.

It was fine. They were okay and didn't break anything. They were on time and did what they are supposed to do.

They did a great job. The work was done well, and she was pleased to have it done. The receptionist I spoke to on the phone was very helpful, and they were on time. Apparently, they didn't try to upsell them at all, and I paid the exact price I was given over the phone.

I live in a 2nd floor condo, with a dryer vent that is approximately 20' in length. I purchased a special offer from Angie's List. Appointment was easy to schedule. Two employees arrived in a timely manner. They were professional in appearance and demeanor. They had all equipment necessary to complete the job. They placed shoe booties on before walking on my carpet. it took approximately 15 min. from start to finish, and I hardly knew they were here. I was very pleased with this service and price. I have recommended them to others. I will use them again in approximately 2 years, when they recommended this service be repeated.

They didn't do such a great job after having a second company come out to clean the air ducts less than a year after the job. They cut a whole in the duct work just above the furnace that wasn't sealed properly and continuously fell off and sucked in more dust and dirt. I had put tape over the hole because they didn't secure it. They were punctual, but kept trying to sell me extra services. Overall, I would say they did a good job, but not the best job.

The two men that came to my house were absolutely great! They were very knowledgable and explained everything that they were doing. They were also very good about making sure they didn't track dirt through my house. I highly recommend this company.

I only give a "B" for Responsiveness and Punctuality because the appointment was for 11 a.m. and by that time, no one had shown up and there hadn't been any calls. So I called the office and was told that the workers were on their way and were due to arrive between 11 am and 12 Noon. That was fine, just wish I was told that sooner. However, the two gentlemen appeared shortly thereafter. They were professional, friendly and thoroughly explained everything including the time it would take. They were "right on" for the time frame - took them about an hour and a half. Also showed us the dirt and debris that were removed from the ducts. This was the first time that we had this service performed, and it turns out the ducts weren't as dirty as I thought they would be, especially since we have been in the house about 20 years. However, I am glad I had the service done and will definitely do it again, perhaps in about 5 years. The only concern would be that my husband said that the intake grill wasn't fastened properly - he had to take it off and put it on again. Other than that, I would have no problem using this company again. Thank you!

Had considerable mold in furnace plenum and on some vent covers. They removed all mold and microencapsulated infected area. Thoroughly cleaned all air ducts. Will return in six months to make sure no mold returns. Crew arrived as scheduled and were very professional and courteous.

The provider got in touch with me via email the day after I bought the cleaning through Angie's Big Deals. I called them up and scheduled the appointment for approximately a week and a half from that date and said that they would arrive between the hours of 8:00 and 9:00 AM. They said someone would call me the day before to remind me. They called yesterday (Sunday) to remind me that they would be out tomorrow (Monday). They arrived at 8:45 AM to clean out my dryer vent. They were very professional and were all done within 45 minutes. They got out so much lint (>15 years worth) that they had to vacuum a small portion of the back yard and use the air hose to blow the lint off his pants and shoes. I promise Iwill get it done more often!

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it turned out wonderful. They did a very good job. I paid a little bit more, because they offered to put an airfreshner which they put through the duct, and it also kills any mold. I was very happy with them, they were very nice people. I thought the price was very good and they did a very nice job.

I purchased a big deal from them and their services turned out great actually. We placed the order ahead of time, so they came out when they were supposed to and they were right on time. They charged more than the actual big deal and there was a good reason for it. We have a lot of air ducts in our house to be cleaned out, but when they pulled off the air ducts they found a whole bunch of mold and that is where the extra charge came in. Before they did it they pulled it off and they showed me the mold. They were very professional and they showed me everything before they did anything, especially all the mold and it was disgusting.

they cleaned the central air handler and air intake vents very well and thoroughly. they were very punctual. On the first floor they had an individual who went around and cleaned the floor vents very well although i had to point out vents they missed and they didn't remove the wall vents in the bathrooms and a walk-in closet. Instead they just blew them out with an air hose. On the second floor they didn't vacuum the floor vents and incompletely vacuum up after the cleaning of the air intake on the second floor. They seemed to have done a thorough job cleaning the air handler and the major vents in the air handling system in the basement. This is the reason for the B rating as i expect a completely professional job for an A rating.

The company provided 2 service representatives. They arrived later than the appointed time. We had never had this type of service done on our house. The work took over 2 hours and required going in and out of our whole house. I rated this service a 'C' because the personnel could have been more informative, indicating in particular that the job takes a while and would require going throughout the house.

They were a little late in arriving from the time originally given. They taped the return ducts. We were concerned that the tape would tear the paint. We asked specifically about this and we were assured "This tape does not stick to the walls. There will be no damage". An hour and a half later the worked told us, "Ooops, sorry. I guess it ripped the paint after all!. Sorry!"

He came out and checked my air ducts for me. He told me that they were already clean and looked nice. He was honest to tell me that I didn't need the deal so I got a refund from Angie's List for that. He was very contentious and kind.
