All-Star Duct Cleaning

The service was good. It was easy to schedule with them and they came when they were supposed to. They were quick and I liked them overall. I think that they did the service within 30 days from the big deal purchase and I only spent whatever I bought the deal for. They just brought the machine into the basement and swept it all out and then they rolled it back out.

Cleaned all ducts as detailed in the service. They found mold in some of the ducts and offered to treat that for an additional cost of $200 which we accepted. They were very thorough and professional.

The appointment went great. The workers arrived on time explained the process to me before they got started. They also explained things to me as they worked. They were patient with me and answered all my questions. Everyone was very professional, courteous, and friendly. They were even nice to my dogs. I will gladly use them again.

When I made the purchased, left my pick dates w/message for the company to call if dates were unavailable and needs to be reschedule. NO CALLS, I had to call them couple of weeks down to find out what is happening, made an appointment. The guys on that day arrived an hour late due to traffic, again I had to call to find out myself, no one calls me to inform of late arriving. The overall service was OK for the price $199, they kept the house clean and was very nice throughout the 2 hours duration. I guess you can't expect A+ service for a good price. Don't wait around assuming the company would call you for appointment or tardiness, etc.

I thought it was pretty good and the deal worked well.

I was not here when they did the work, my son was here. I think it was totally satisfactory. They came in and I think they spent a fair amount of time cleaning our ducts which has been done for the first time ever. Since I have had some allergy issues recently, so far, things have been fine, part of it might be the season. But, I think they did fine work. It seems to have minimized the dust level in my house so I think we're very pleased with the work that they did. Their pricing seemed reasonable to me.

They Cleaned my dryer vent, including lengthy pipeline all the way outside the bldg (multi-family bldg). They gave me a letter certifying this service, so I could send that on to the Condo assn., per requirements. They took awhile to answer my first email--but that was just before Christmas, so all the world is busy. They thanked me for additional info about my abode that I provided in advance of the service, and answered my question to them.

They showed up exactly on time, performed the service, cleaned up and left. |

The duct cleaning for the heat/air system went easily and without a hitch. Unfortunately, when they cleaned the dryer vent they ran into a problem ANOTHER contractor had not done correctly. A connection in the pipe running from the dryer to the outside came apart which left my dryer air going into my basement ceiling and ground level flooring. When the worker left he told me he would have his boss come and look at it to see how to correct it since it meant cutting into ceiling drywall. They came back out twice and fixed the problem and charged me nothing!!! They were GREAT!!! I highly recommend these folks!!! They were professional, competent and courteous!!!! and timely :-) Five STAR business!!!

Everything went well, they were punctual, neat and got the job done.

All-Star did a fantastic job,punctual, courteous, and paid attention to the small details. They also educated us on options for out air filters and were careful with the paint around the ducts. The also did a great job with clean up.

The 2 techs were pleasant and focused. The method blowed high pressure air from a small nozzle hose into each register. The techs did not remove all registers. For several of the ones they didn't remove, since they couldn't put the hose in the actual register hole, dust was blown out of the register all over wall and floor/furnishings. On one register they did not take care when removing it and ripped several inches of the wall off which I had to then plaster and paint to fix. They also were sloppy dragging the air hoses through the house to the registers and left many marks on the hallway walls which I had to then paint. They were not prepared with the correct size latters to use even though we told them what was needed for our high ceiling registers and returns when we made the appointment, therefore they had to use our latters. They were not careful with the latters on our hardwood floors. In looking in some of the register ducts after they left, dust clumps are easily seen were the method (or process) did not work very well.

The men were super nice, punctual, efficient. I know they're not responsible for chipped paint, etc from removing vent covers but it would have been nice to have been informed that a tiny hole in my ceiling next to a vent had formed during the job. I found out after looking around myself. I did have to call them myself to schedule because the original message sent by angie's list didn't get an immediate response.

The service went well except that I was a bit surprised that there were additional charges for sanitizing as well as a higher charge for the second system in the house. We did go ahead and have the company do the service, but in the end it was more costly than I expected. This information might have been in the fine print but I missed it so I didn't have the chance to compare costs if I had contracted with another provider for the service. Once they were here, I went ahead and did the work when I might have done a bit more research on other providers and additional costs had I know that the price I paid wasn't "all inclusive".

All star reminded me via phone the day prior and the morning of the appointment. They were punctual and professional. They explained exactly what they were doing and answered my multiple questions. I was shown the filter used prior to and after the cleaning. Was given proper follow up instructions. Initially they advised it would take 90 minutes, it took about two hours but satified with the work performed. I would use this company in the future.

It was just fine. We were satisfied. They came out shortly after we purchased the deal. They did a nice job.

The team showed up on time and went about their work in a professional manner. No complaints here. Price for sanitization fog seemed pretty high so we skipped that.

I purchased a big deal for this company. They did what they were supposed to do, they had to come back for something and they did a great job. What we expected and the price was good. I would definitely give them full grades and recommend them. They came out within a couple of weeks, it was pretty quick. We had some extra stuff done. We bought some extra stuff.

The company said they would look into getting the duct covers for me and give me an estimate for duct cleaning and for the covers. After repeated calls they have not called back after promising they would on at least 3 separate occasions. I do not feel the way they have treated me is right.

I am very pleased with the service, the professionalism and a job well done. Technician suggested that we also sanitize due to corrosion in the vent in the cement slab. Of course we went with their recommendation and we are pleased with the results. It has only been a few days since the work was done, but I see a difference already. Highly recommend All Star Duct Cleaning.

There were no additional costs beyond the price of deal. It was also easy to schedule an appointment. Everything turned out great!

They were here for 5 hours and cleaned every single air vent thoroughly. All dust on vent covers and inside the vents was removed. Great job!

Showed up on time, completed the work as advertised. Great customer service and results. Recommend at highest level.

I give them B+. The two cleaners were friendly and knowledgeable, but not the most conscientious in caring for placement of the extensive hoses, nor, in my opinion, most efficient in how they cleaned the ducts. For example, they blew an air hose into an intake; but then blew it out from the basement: junk came flying into the living room. True, they vacuumed afterward, but seems there could've been a better way.

I called to confirmed my appointment on 5 August and again on 7 Oct 2013. I took off work to be home for this appointment. It has been a rainy week, and the weather service confirmed that this rain pattern would continue through out the weekend. I understand that this type of work would not be durable base on the weather, but someone from All-Star Air Duct Cleaning should called me and advise of the cancellation. My appointment was scheduled at 9:30 and no one showed up. I called the company at 9:45 and Jennee claimed that a phone call was made at 7:57 this morning, however their is no record on either the call or house phone that a call was received. Please cancel my appointment and refund my payment. Thanks.
