 + 0 moreVince and his brother requested $400 (cash) for the work to buy supplies and never did the work and would not return the money. If you work with him do not pay anything until you get the work done!!!! Original request of for windows was $625; wakeboard, soffit and screens labor charges were not yet estimated.
