Jorge was on time for the job and ensure that both myself and my wife was satisfied with the job performed be for taking payment. At the start of the job, Jorge recognized that the paint used was not an exact match and went to the local hardware store to guarantee a match. Jorge stated, "he didn't want us to have an issues with our HOA". The gentleman has genuine concern for his customers. He came to the job with one other painter and they both worked diligently to complete the job in the time stated at the initial contract, which they actually finished before hand.

He was very professional, customer service oriented and fair. He did a great job, double checked everything and cleaned up before he left.

-He removed a portion of my newly installed floor border w/o my permission. -There was one space in my hall,that we agreed on him patching. He took it upon himself to patch the bulk of my hall and he used what looked like a hair dryer to dry the the patches. He put two patches up by the time I, found out what he was doing. The patches never dried while he was in my home. -He was scheduled to come back on a Wednesday. He called on Monday and said he would see me on Tuesday. I explained to him that he was scheduled to come on Wednesday. -He called me on Wednesday and said he lost his truck keys at Home Depot and couldn't get in his truck. -As an end result, he was in my home for 8 hours. He completed the painting of a small dayroom know patch work required), ceiling (no patch work required) and he removed a desk.

Jorge was professional, thorough and extremely competent. We were very pleased with his work and his desire to satisfy us. We would definitely hire him again!
