I believe it went quite well for a number of reasons...1.) Luis is very skilled with the heavy machinery as any professional is expected to be, but regardless who wants an unskilled operator with an excavator cutting their teeth 2 inches from your basement walls? 2.) Not all basement waterproof jobs are 1 in the same as I've read, while certain similarities may exist...but in my case I have a fairly large concrete front porch which I was nearly 100% convinced needed to be demolished...Luis explained the reasons why it's reasonably appropriate to leave the porch in-tact and approach the issues in reasonable stages. This approach is also conducive to my pocketbook and overall circumstances as there are other surface measures that can and should be employed before defining a true need to demo the porch and perform the same work at the footer. 3.) The staff are simply hard-working individuals and it is evident that they work together regularly as the staff were clearly able to anticipate nearly all of the next moves.
