Outstanding...Fred (Supv) insured carpet match was spot on. His crew also was oustanding. After they stretched the existing carpet that was not being replaced it looked great and with the deep steam cleaning you couldn't tell it wasn't new also. Their price for the work done was totally noteworthy of mention and we would have paid it just for the stretch work. On a scale of 1-10 (10 being the highest), they get a solid "12" (Twelve). Totally pleased.

David was awesome! He was quick to respond and came out for a quote before setting up a time to meet for the repair. He provided me with my options and was extremely thorough in explaining them . I give 1 star only because they managed to install the new flooring. Almost 2 months since the flooring installation in my home and the job is still unfinished and the installers damaged the tile in my foyer. Absolutely no response from the Ray guy who advertises everywhere. He fends everything off to the middle man, Fred who takes your money, always delays and the job has never completed per the contract. This is contract fraud and horrible business ethics. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Don't fall for the hype. They do not stand behind the quality of their work.

Our whole experience was fantastic. David is extremely knowledgeable about carpeting and helped us decide which type was best for us (while showing lots of patience with our many questions). He was able to provide quick scheduling for both our meeting with him as well as for the installation. The installers arrived promptly and were courteous, efficient, and professional. We're loving our new carpet! The pricing was better than any of the other top-rated carpet installers with whom we met, and the service was outstanding. I highly recommend them!

David was very professional and prompt. The issue I had with my squeaky floor was fixed in no time. Highly recommended and will definitely look for him in the future with different projects.

They sent 2 different technicians teams. Each were experienced with their jobs. No question they knew what they were doing. They were organized and very neat. They cleaned up after they were done with their own vacuum. Very satisfied with their work.

Tim showed up on time and was very professional. He had been installing carpet in homes for 25 years. A big part of their business is to homeowners and Realtors that are getting the homes ready to sell. My client hired them to sand all the floors and lay carpet on the basement stairs and in the basement family room. They will do the job next week. The price was fair and the level of expertise that Tim showed in handling my client and details that she had not thought about was fabulous. David a Reading is fabulous! On time! Great prices! Came to my home twice so I could confirm my carpet color choice. Ray was great in contacting me about my carpet order. Ray made sure that my carpet was installed in a timely manner. Installing occurred on a Saturday. The crew was great! Very professional.

David came out mid-June to give us an estimate. We requested samples of a few different colors which he had the supplier send to us. David followed up to ensure we received the samples. He was not pushy and he doesn’t put any pressure on you to make a decision. We called David back at the end of August to order the carpet and schedule the installation. The removal of the tile in the basement and installation of the carpet in the bedrooms and basement took 1 ½ days. After the installation they vacuumed and moved all furniture back to its original place. Overall we are extremely happy with Affordable Carpet & Flooring and would not hesitate to call them in the future.

It was a positive experience. We had really good service. They came out with samples. They were able to get the carpeting in early the next week but we were a little disappointed that they didn't bring the runners right away. They really took care of us because there were like cat stains and stuff like that under the old carpet and they cleaned all that up with the stuff they use for getting rid of mold on the walls. It took a while for us to get those but we got them. We’re really pleased with them. They were reasonably priced because I did a little research on that.

They came out to my house and we looked at samples. They made the process really easy for me and the installation went well.

We we're very lucky to find Affordable Carpet and Flooring when we did. The day after we closed on our new house in Manassas, we walked through the house and were very shocked by the appearance of the carpets after the old homeowners had moved all their stuff out. It was pretty bad. So in a mad rush to find someone who could replace all this carpet, we called David at Affordable Carpet, and he came out the same day to measure and show us our options, along with a quote. He was so straightforward, down to earth, and took a lot of his own time to research prices and options of flooring so he could find us the best floors for the best price. We even had a couple of other flooring companies come out to give us quotes, and after talking with David, we knew they couldn't come close to his quality and service. It was a no brainer. Carpet was far superior, he included a ten pound pad with a stain blocker (trust me, you want this), and had his amazing installation crew to install in a matter of days. There are a lot of flooring companies out there that claim to do the kind of work Affordable Carpet and Flooring do, but the truth is, most are out to get the job done ASAP, at the highest price, and once they finish the job, that's it. The difference is, Affordable Carpet is run by a long time flooring professional who has seen many disappointed customers with those big box companies, and he's running his company with an eye on customer service, and with a commitment to long term satisfaction. So it's a no brainer!
