I have been using his service for several years now. He is my go to guy for home maintenance projects.

Description of Work: This was a simple siding repair job for a two level single family home; where the wind had sprung lose a sheet on the side and one on the back. However, due to many days of in climate weather and unsafe ladder climbing conditions, we finally settled on a day to resolve these issues. | |He arrived on indicated date and time, reviewed my problem and suggested a fix that would permanently eliminate any further wind problems. I am very happy with his service, price and professionalism and would use his company again.

Description of Work: Adam Contracting was working at my neighbors the same day I was expecting exterior work from CertaPro who cancelled at the last minute. I asked Justin, the owner of Adam Contracting, if he wouldn't mind providing me an estimate for the same work expected from CertaPro, plus hanging a light fixture in my foyer. That evening I had my proposal and he was able to schedule the work for the next week. Other contractors were scheduling June-July. His price for both projects was about what CertaPro was going to charge me for just the exterior work. He started and finished right on time. The only surprise I had, was when I asked if he wanted a check for the 50% deposit, but he reminded me that it was a cash deal. Most contractors consider checks "cash" so having to make a trip to the bank for the cash was a bit inconvient for me. However, I was so pleased with their work, I asked for another proposal for a different project.

Description of Work: Hung two large pictures on wall and installed a surface-mount medicine cabinet in the bathroom. Everything went well. There was a slight miscommunication about whether the medicine cabinet was to be set into the wall or surface mounted. Setting into the wall was not possible due to electrical wiring. Drywall was repaired and cabinet was surface mounted, perfectly level. We are happy with the work and would use Adam Contracting again.

Description of Work: Justin patched a hole in my wall that was caused when a mover bumped into the railing at my stairs. He not only patched and spackled the hole, he moved the railing slightly to a studded area so it would be more secure. Justin was nice, on time, professional, and he cleaned up the area after he was done. I was impressed and very pleased! I've already given his contact info to a friend.

Description of Work: I had a list of things I needed a handyman to fix. I had to run to Lowes to pick up some hardware, but Caesar fixed everything I needed fixed from a curtain rod that pulled out of the wall and left a big hole in the wall, cabinet doors needed adjusting, and the best, I thought I needed a new sliding screen door, when all I really needed was new rollers. Caesar was the BEST! Thank you!

As a new home owner, it helps me keep up with maintenance on the property. | |When I saw Adam Contracting, I snatched it up immediately. I have worked with Justin in the past and have been pleased with his work. However, this time he sent a different technician and I was equally impressed. Israel was punctual, professional and very knowledgeable. | |Israel did a great job! He finished my top 5 projects - Chaulked walk-in shower and powder room sink; extended sunroom fan down rod; patched and painted hallway and changed batteries in smoke detectors. He was done in 2 hours exactly.

Description of Work: The jobs: Reinforce the kitchen cabinets to the wall: Scrape and remove the POPCORN from my ceilings; then, paint the ceilings (kitchen, living room, dining room, foyer and hallway). Ceilings at highest point is 14 feet. I had someone else do work handiwork before and the drywall was great but the painting skills were lacking and the cleanup was nil. Another provided a phone estimate that was ridiculously high for "just" painting. I opted for Adam Contracting because: Justin came examined the house and explained the 'dust' involved but that they would move and cover everything. Very prompt, courteous and helpful for the "DIY" in you as well. We set aside 3 days for the work. He and his crew showed up right on time and commenced to move and cover things. I have all wood floors and they were covered as well - he was TOTALLY right about the dust. They were an awesome working crew! I explained that I didn't mind a little texture just not all the popcorn. The ceilings are almost smooth! Love it. While working they uncovered some flaws with the initial dry wall installation and immediately corrected them. He re-taped, applied dry wall mud and reinforced areas that were loose. While a portion of his crew worked the ceilings, another was reinforcing the kitchen cabinets. The work went faster than expected. Having completed the scraping, dusting and prep work on the ceilings, (and, since he had the mud prepared, he also patched the walls, nail holes, etc. as a bonus) they started to paint - the same day! By the end of day one, the cabinets were completed, the ceilings were scraped and painted and his crew was cleaning the dust bowl which was now my house. Justin explained that he would be back the next day to go over a few areas which hadn't dried yet and touch up a few things. He came with one other team member the next day. He retouched a few areas of the ceiling, checked the kitchen cabinet, and they recleaned the floors from the overnight settled dust and uncovered the furniture. My cabinets are not going ANYWHERE and my ceilings are beautiful. We were totally done by lunch time on the second day!

Description of Work: He hung blinds for us, including "eco-track" double-cell blackout blinds, which are more complicated to install than most.

Description of Work: Siding cleaning & repair - including some at much higher altitudes than my wife would let me climb. They were honest, professional, prompt, friendly and took good care of siding clean-up and repair all around my house, especially the tough to reach spots.

Description of Work: Prepped and painted walls in basement, 2 bedrooms, LR, DR, kitchen, and 2 stairway (one with very high ceiling). Repaired settlement crack in bedroom, reattached kitchen drawer, replaced missing floor outlet, caulked bathtub and shower, installed drop-down security bar on sliding glass door (provided by owner), caulked around garage trim. Owner provided the paint. Painting did not include trim or ceilings.
