Went great. Atis was able to come out on very short notice, which I appreciated greatly, since I needed to get the tank lid buried and yard overseeded for winter.

Rick was excellent! His work is of the highest quality. All work done was well coordinated with his crew and completed within two days. He carefully explained and made sure we understood all the work that was going to be performed and why it was necessary. He also greatly assisted in making sure our septic system performed properly and passed the strict state/county inspections. Price was more than reasonable and service was excellent! Rick was very straightforward and honest in his business. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing services of such nature.

Two weeks before a scheduled closing on our home sale, it was discovered that our septic tank needed repair before the sale could go through. We found Aits Septic Repair online. Rick and Mike were absolutely fantastic not only with their expertise but their communication. We were under a strict deadline so they worked over the 4th of July holiday weekend to meet it and completed what would typically be a seven day job in four days. If Rick wasn't able to answer his phone, he returned any calls immediately. The work was exceptional and Rick set up the county inspection and completed the paperwork for us. Our septic pump alarm was sounding. We called a couple local companies for repair. Mr. Rick Aits responded promptly (the other company did not even call back). He and an assistant (Mike) arrived and inspected the system, measured voltage and current, and determined that the pump had failed. He arranged to have the tanks pumps out (at separate charge - $450 - from a sister company "Aits Septic Service"). He then replaced the pump and the three floats. He arranged for the final inspection by the county health department. Mr. Aits made three separate trips to provide the service -- the initial estimate, the repair, and the final inspection. He looked at the entire system and gave us advice on construction, maintenance, and care of the septic system including the drain field. He was very meticulous and warned us of things that could go wrong in the future. I am not prepared to judge the relative price or quality of the work, because I have not basis of comparison. I do feel confident that we got good service at a good price. Mr. Aits' service was certainly responsive and professional. I was impressed.

Rick was great! As a result of another septic company's questionable home sale inspection report, we were required to have the two diverter boxes and the flow diverter valve replaced. Rick used quality materials (concrete, not plastic), provided excellent workmanship and offered this at a very reasonable cost. We would definitely would use Rick again and would highly recommend him to others.
