A & A DOOR & OPENERS

Cannot say enough good things about this business!  We used them 15 years ago to install our g/d opener and were very pleased with that installation.  Best of all, the opener is still working fine.  So when our garage door broke (actually the spring), we called Ron of A & A.  Have never had a better response time.  He carefully explained the options available to us and we chose to replace the door.  He offered to replace it the next day and showed up 15 minutes early from the appointment time.  Everything went smoothly and at the end of 4 hours, we had a new, beautiful & QUIET g/d.

Here's where A & A Is above the crowd:  That evening I noticed there was no handle on the g/d. Was concerned about not being able to open it manually during an electrical outage so called the office to let them know.  Was told Ron would call me back.  The next morning at 8:15 the doorbell rings and Ron is there to put on a handle. Unbelievable - am not accustomed to such attentive and over the top customer service. They are a wonderful small, family run business who values their reputation and provides excellent service at a fair price.  If you use them, don't think you'll be disappointed but if you are, they'll make it right so that you're pleased with the job.

Ron was recommended by a friend and came out the same day we called to give us an estimate on replacing our two 18 year old plywood garage doors. One of the openers was broken and another company had told us it was not reparable. He told us he would let us know if the doors we wanted were in stock. He called back when promised to let us know the doors were available. We decided the next day to go with the project. Ron came out with 2 assistants the very next day--New Year's eve--and got the job done. The doors are beautiful and working smoothly.  He took the old doors with him and left the work area clean. 
I would highly recommend Ron for his responsiveness and excellent price.
