I had a service contract with them. They were wonderful and did a wonderful job. When my mom had cancer and she was in the hospital and at home I was there to take care of the house. Something was going on it was really hot weather and I called them and they came out immediately when I told them the circumstances I've never used them before from then on I have been using them for 20 years and I was very satisfied.

Very well. Quick service and they cleaned up the area like they were never there.

We have used them for a very long time. We have had good luck with them. They could probably be a little bit more professional. We are happy with them, I really don’t have any complaints. I think their price is very fair. I would use them again.

They installed it in the house when it was built and they do all the maintenance on it. It might have been $49.95 per machine and we have two. So it would have been double that. They're very good at what they do. The workers clean up their job area.

The technician researched the whole house humidifier to see if it would fit and perform on the heat pump system which was installed in 2010. He also came to look at my heat pump system to ensure the installation was feasible. The technicians were punctual, cleaned up, and showed me how to operate the humidifier. I was very pleased with the customer service and how the installation was planned so as to provide me with a product that would function well.

We have had a contract with A Advantage for several years. We called at 9:30 am about our A/C not working and water coming out from underneath the furnace. Isaac was here by 11 am and fixed the problem. Their customer service is great and their technicians are top notch. Have been recommending them to friends needing Heating and A/C service.

It went great. My system is 20 years old and still functioning. I was going to use A Advantage a few years ago to replace the entire HVAC system but had to put off the upgrade due to other matters.

The technician arrived as scheduled and performed the inspection. No issues were found and a written report was provided to us.

Tom quinn and his staff were very professional and provide excellent service. He was responsive to any and all questions I had concerning the ductless system and product capacity. The installation of the two indoor units and outdoor unit occurred over a period of three days. Staff was courteous and answered all questions I had to explain the installation process, how lines were run and how the system works. I would recommend this company to anyone to utilize for HVAC needs.

I have used A Advantage for many years and have always had very good service.

We have had annual A/C and Heating inspections and services from A Advantage since 2003, when they initially installed new A/C (in June 2003) and new heating (in October 2003) units at our residence. We have had need of minor repairs during this time under warranty. Their services and technicians have been consistently prompt, thorough and very professional. They are very good with documenting the work they perform. We are currently working with an issue with the renewal of the extended warranties for the A/C and Heating units. We're hoping that they will advocate a reasonable solution with us with their warranty provider.

Efficient, but could not provide desired brand equipment.

They are very nice, thorough, professional and relaxed. They are not urgent people, but they will come right out if it is an emergency. They are good. They answer all questions, they are informative.

I called several places (all found on Angie's List) and I was really disappointed in how much it would cost to have someone come out and then how little information the person answering the phone would give me about an approximate cost to get a capacitor replaced if that was indeed the culprit. One company quoted me and quot;anywhere from $130 to $287and quot; like that was a reasonable range. Anyway, I called A Advantage and the woman who answered was very helpful and told me exactly what to expect if the capacitor was broken. She did tell me she couldnt give me an estimate if something else was wrong because the technician would have to figure that out, and that was perfectly reasonable to me. The two technicians showed up on time and were very efficient. They were very honest and trustworthy about what was wrong with the unit (it was the capacitor). They let me know how old my unit was and that it was otherwise working fine, and they recommended I get yearly checkups. The whole thing took less than 20 minutes, the price was great (110 for the visit and 55 for the part), and I will definitely be recommending this company to everyone I know!

They are very good and we are very pleased. The price seems reasonable. I like that they volunteered to change the filters while they were up there because it is in the ceiling and I don’t have good balance.

It went very well. The furnace ended up having a bad part in it and we called and told them we didn't think it was running right. They came right out that morning to take a look at it. Another problem happened a two weeks or so later and they were out right away that morning to fix it. I've been very impressed with how responsive they are. I've been using them for 10 years.

The young man who came out to give me the bid seemed very honest, he told me the pros and cons of going the cheap, middle and expensive route, what to look for and what not to look for. My family member who knew a little about AC's told me he was telling the truth. I would tell others to have them come out and give you an estimate, listen to what they have to say then go get a second bid. Except for a little dart that had to be squared up you didn't even know they were back there. Those kids who came out here and did that job did an excellent job. I had to have that job postponed for various reasons and they were very understanding. When it finally worked out they got it done. I have no problem with those folks. They are competitive. I had a question a couple of times and they got back to me if they weren't in the office.

They are always professional and do a great job. They are thorough and always arrive on time. I just think the service agreement is a little pricey, especially since my AC is brand new and shouldn't need any repairs since it is under warranty by A Advantage.

I’ve been satisfied with their service since I chose them years ago. They are prepared when they come out, they do what they need to do, and everything functions very well. I have nothing but positive things to say about them. They call me when it is time to make an appointment and the price is very fair.

Called and got a same day appointment from the company (I did not have a contract with them). They gave me a two hour window when the service tech would be out. The tech called approx. 20 minutes before showing up. Once he showed up I showed him the A/C unit. He quickly diagnosed the problem. He had a replacement part that was a different shape but was the same voltage he offered to put in or he could order the exact part. I had him put in the one he had and he was done within 15 minutes of showing up. He offered me the opportunity to get a service contract. The cost of the contract plus parts was only 15 dollars more then the part would have been alone. The services was fast and great.

I found their prices very good and reasonable. I always take their yearly maintenance. When I have ran into crisis (the furnace off), they come and it doesn't make any difference when. I have had them come out at 2 o'clock in the morning.
