A-1 GLASS CO INC

While they did a good job it took quite a bit of work on my part to get them here for my hopper window.  They did not return calls regarding scheduling appointments and the person who makes appointments was not always available so I would leave messages with the staff that were never returned.  On two occasions they didn't show up because the tech had family emergencies.  They did not call me to reschedule.  Today they were supposed to come give me a quote between 9-12.  I working from home and at noon I called to find out why they were not here.  They did not tell me they had a policy that they would call ahead the day of and I needed to reconfirm the appointment again.  The message left in the am said we will be there before noon.  When I tried to reschedule the woman on the other end sighed deeply and said, "I don't know why we have so much trouble with you".  At that point I gave up.
