We had our townhouse's siding and front steps power washed for less money than most companies were asking to wash only the siding. The gentleman who did the work was very nice, thorough and even had us check his work twice. He did a great job and left zero mess behind. We've used Power Wash Plus before and we'll use them again.

They did an excellent job. The Office staff and technicians are professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them and use them again. Considering that I have older aluminum siding they made me aware that some stains might remain and they couldn't put on the hot wax sealant. Gutters look great and any dirt and/or mold I had before is now gone. Thank you,

The gentleman was polite, courteous and did an excellent job going over tough stains until they were gone. Just want to mention that they were suppose to come the day before they actually came out to do the job. Mixup in their office communication. This was really not a problem and I would definitely hire them again.

They did a great job--scheduling was a breeze and they were even able to move me up to an earlier day. They got out all the mildew from my steep stairwell (full flight of stairs, walls and ground) into the back basement entrance, cleaned all the marks and dirt off the front walkway and all the dirt/green stuff off my house (brick and siding)--everything looks like new again. Very professional and well worth the money!! Price was originally $199 for house; we added $85 for all the concrete/stair cleaning.

They were very thorough and polite. They wanted me to be completely satisfied and offered to come back if I was disappointed with results.

I mistakenly told them my house had vinyl siding when it actually had aluminum. So due to oxidation they couldn't wash my house as well as my next door neighbor's house who also used them, and there are still some stains they apparently couldn't remove. But they were prompt, kept in touch, and I would use them again.

Great I was going to give up on my fence but after cleaning and staining at their suggestion, it looks brand new. Deck looks great as well.

The technician arrived on the appointed day at 5 p.m. and power washed the house. He walked around after he finished to see if he'd missed anything. It looked fine. However, by the next morning, various blue/green/brown drip stains had appeared on the siding, a few on every side of the house. I called the company and the owner, Ron, came to my house to inspect. He explained that on rare occasions, water can penetrate the joints and weep holes along the bottom edge of each siding strip, wetting the blue insulation, and that the dye on the insulation sheets can bleed through some of these weep holes and joints. Ron promised to send a technician the following day to clean the stains. The technician arrived and worked diligently and conscientiously for 1.5 hours, using a cleaning product called Simple Green, and there was no trace of any remaining stain when he finished. My house looks great, and I am extremely satisfied with the prompt and caring customer service from Ron and the Power Wash Plus team. They truly deserve their A rating on Angie's List.

Excellent job! They sent someone out to inspect my house prior to agreeing on the schedule. This was due to the age of my house and that it had aluminum siding. They had me sign a waiver explaining that they do not use high power spray and due to age and it being aluminum not all stains will be removed. So I knew exactly what I was getting. Used them in 2011 and it was the same price. Sergio introduced himself and explained what he was going to do. He was polite and accommodating. Matter of fact, Sergio power washed my house in 2011.

The technician, Nelson, arrived within the appointment window. He checked with me to make sure all windows were closed. He used plastic sheeting to cover all my garden plants that were close to the house. The entire job took almost 2 hours to complete. I was very pleased with the results.

Fine, better than others I have used. My only complaint about all of them is that the deck loses its shine after just a few months while I am being told that the work will last for 2 years.

It went OK. Originally told it would be later in week but opening came up and they asked if they could come by earlier. In very short time, they hooked up their hose to my outdoor water supply. I noticed right away, mold behind a bush was removed, I Think it is a good investment in my home to power wash the aluminium siding.

Sergio was fantastic. He arrived as scheduled and performed splendidly. 13 years of staining virtually eliminated. The heated water really does the trick.
