Description of Work: Powerwashed 25X16 deck and stained within 2 days. When issues around screen streaking came up...the supervisor came out and personally cleaned the screen within days and added additional power washing of front stoop and walkway for free.

Description of Work: I had my deck, fences and siding power-washed. The deck and fences were also stained/sealed. The power-washing was done on the appointed day and all was done smoothly and quickly. The power-washing technician was very nice and did a thourough job. On the next dry day, the staining/sealing was done (and carried over into the next day). This technician was also very nice and went over-&-beyond to address everything I pointed out. The only downside was that the company's policy is to only provide ONE coat of stain/sealer. The manufacturer says to do TWO coats. One coat was barely noticable and wouldn't protect the wood for very long. HOWEVER, the technician went out of his way to make sure that the wood was covered to my satisfaction. The price was kinda high, compared to others - but, the technicians represented the company VERY WELL and a quality job was provided!

Description of Work: I would strongly discourage anyone using their service for anything other than a basic cleaning. I hired them to remove old paint that had been put on by a previous owner and weather-seal my deck. What I ended up with was a deck that was literally destroyed and will take thousands of dollars to replace. Instead of being honest that what they were hired to do could not be done, I was given assurances and a written quote that "80%" of the old paint could be removed. That would have been acceptable had they completed the job anywhere near that percentage and didn't ruin every plank of wood in the process of failing. Even though it was obvious that the wood was being splintered and the removal of the old paint was impossible no matter how long or many times it was sprayed, the technician proceeded with applying thick coats of sealant over what was left of my deck for no other reason that I can think of except to collect the $400being charged for the service. Complaints were met with ridicule and accusations of being an "emotional female" who must have "other things going on to be so sensitive about it." That quickly escalated into other name-calling such as being a "deadbeat" trying to get out of paying what I owed. The owner even went so far as to try to bully and humiliate me into paying by tacking a note to my front door claiming the bill was delinquent and that I obtained services with no intention of paying. Notwithstanding that fact that it is illegal to engage in that behavior, it was done while I was still pleading that someone, anyone, come out and look at the problem to offer a solution. Only after a threat of posting a negative review did the owner finally show up only to instigate yet another argument by making it about my gender rather than the situation at hand. It was not until my brother-in-law stepped in to diffuse the situation that he begrudgingly admitted that it was not "some of their best work" and offered a $100 credit off the final invoice. Hopefully, he had to pay that back to my neighbor who caught him before he left to complain about the mess sprayed all over his house. As an aside, I'm still contemplating suing them before the Statute of Limitations expires and my female "emotions" are under control. | |

Description of Work: They power washed and waxed our 2 story house and power washed, stained and sealed our upper and lower decks. There was an issue with a portion of one of the decks; they returned and addressed the issue to my satisfaction. All their people are very professional. I will use them again and recommended them to my neighbor.

Description of Work: Very professional and did a very nice job without making a mess. I would not recommend the wax coating they offer to add on for a fee. I don't know if it makes your house stay cleaner longer but it stuck to our windows and made them look dirty.
