The whole job, getting the estimate, scheduling the work and having the work done, was done quickly. While we had a scheduled date for the services that was a month away, they did it the next week. The scheduler had said that if we liked, they would give us 24 hours notice if earlier date become available. The only minor glitch was that the workman was initially spraying up, so that water was getting under the siding and was coming into the house. We noticed it because of some repair work being done on the inside of the house had the ceiling in the kitchen out.

The team did a fantastic job on my deck. It's a second floor deck so not easy to get to from the ground. The power washer did a great job and even made sure to rinse off my windows after he was done. Staining was also well done and very neat - no overspray or messiness involved. I would definitely have them come again.

Some truly minor issues but overall a grand job. Application of wax treatment intended to keep the siding cleaner longer left some dark drip spots on the afternoon-shady side of the house that disappeared when the sun hit them the next day....and left on the windows some streaking. Responsive, professional. House sparkles.

They did a nice job. Left everything clean. Payment was not expected until invoice was issued. I called and they took my credit card over the phone for payment. Everyone I have dealt with has been very professional and courteous.

Needed all the windows in our townhouse cleaned inside and out for sale. Cost is $7 per window and $2 per screen with Angie's list discount. Good, fast service that left the windows gleaming.

It has been four years since we power washed our home, and we elected to hire someone to do it this year. We received an advertisement on the front door, and normally we throw those things away; however, I checked Angie's List. I was pleasantly surprised to see such high ratings and elected to schedule an appointment. Within an hour or two, a representative called to schedule a time for them to inspect our home for an estimate. We did not have to be home--they would inspect the home and provide us an estimate via email. This was easy! They noted that our aluminum siding was old and faded, and that cleaning would only remove the grime--not restore to a "like new" appearance. Of course, with 30 year old siding, we knew that. There was never any high pressure for any other services. The work was completed in a few hours, and we were highly impressed with the results! The siding looks great, and their cleanup was wonderful. We would certainly hire them again.

I needed to get power washing done to meet homeowners association requirements, and the deadline was noon today. Another company I lined up the day before cancelled because it was raining. I looked on Angie's List and found this company. They initially said they could come out this afternoon, but I explained my predicament and they took pity on me and lined me up for what was probably the first appointment of the day. A polite, professional technician was at my house at 9:20, and was done with front and back by 10:15/10:30. The price was even better than the undependable company's price. I definitely recommend Power Wash Plus, Inc.!

Based on their explanation of the limitation of power washing for aluminum siding, I now understand why I should seriously consider replacing the aluminum siding with vinyl siding. The performed a gentle clean as discussed, which removed the mold and obvious dirt from the siding.

Great with both projects. The house was scheduled and completed as advertised. We called Power Wash to come back to clean and restore our fence. We were in a hurry and they came out the next day and did a superb job. Highly recommend this company.

Great experience. Had some questions about the finish (since it was a new deck, there were some spots that looked not done) and the worker cleared my concerns. On top of this, a manager called me within shortly after to clarify and give more insight into why it was like this. Really happy with the price and quality of service.
