Power Wash Plus was great! The price was just what I was expecting, and cheaper than other companies. It was easy to schedule an appointment. They gave me an initial service date but called to move it up when an appointment time opened up. They did a very good job, very quickly, and left no mess behind. They didn't charge me until the job was done. It all went very smoothly. The only disappointment was that I had some streaks on the front of the house from my bleeding shutters and the power wash didn't clean those. I had to do them manually because they required a little more elbow grease. But all of the other stains and mildew came right off. I would definitely use them again.

They were great. I couldn't have asked for better. They even cleaned door windows that were not part of this service. They were quick.

It was easy-squeezy and they did a fabulous job!!! The office staff was wonderfully efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. All of my questions regarding product choices were answered up front and the job was scheduled for two days the following week. I received a reminder phone call the day before work started. The technician showed up on the scheduled day to power wash the house and the deck. He did a fabulous job. I received a phone call that afternoon to remind me that they would be coming back the next day to seal the deck. That technician arrived as scheduled and sealed the deck. Everything looks super and I couldn't be happier. I will definitely be using them again.

It has been a couple years since this initial work was done but it was a good overall experience and I have used Power Wash Plus multiple times since. Also, the initial stain had some problems within the first year and they came out twice to fix the problems at no cost.

It wasn't a very big job, but they did it quickly and thoroughly.

My interaction with the office staff, the manager who called to postpone the work originally scheduled on Friday when it snowed, and the technician where very satisfactory. The technician obviously took pride in his work and the folks in the office wanted to ensure a good experience and satisfactory work. I am very pleased with this company and will recommend Power Wash Plus to my neighbors and friends.

Scheduled same day, guess I lucked out. Showed up on time. Friendly, professional and explained how he would go about power washing and proceeded with the task. He worked around some workers that were there. He did an excellent job. When he was finished we walked around the house together to make sure I was satisfied with his work. I can honestly say it was a great experience (wish all companies were this great) and I would hire this company again for any future jobs. I believe the price was very fair and reasonable.

The windows look great. There was some confusion with the pricing. The way they count windows is different than I had counted, but they ended up working it out with me.

The company showed up on time, 1 person went up on the roof, they requested that the water be turned on and when finished let us know so that we could turn the water off. They cleaned up all surface areas around where they had been working (walkway, deck, driveway, front stoop). No mess, very quick and professional. We would recommend them.

The technician was very nice and friendly. I didn't actually meet him the day that he did the work. I called them back to let them know there were spots all over the window and the garage door wasn't clean. They told us not to pay them until the job was done correctly. He came back out and washed the windows and attempted to wash the garage door. It wouldn't come clean, but he did stay and help me scrub the door with a magic eraser.

It went fine. Looking at it afterward, it appeared that an area on the second floor was missed. It wasn't a big enough deal to contact the company.

Arrived on time, completed the jog and came back to touch up a few spots.

This was the best experience I've ever had with a contractor. They came over day I contacted them for an estimate and started work the next day! Juan's work was amazing. I've never had a contractor who approached a job for my house as if it was his own. He explained what he was going to do - and followed through with it. His work was excellent down to the last detail! I have to believe that he had the support of a strong company behind him, encouraging him to do the job right. I honestly can't say enough good things about Power Wash Plus. They will definitely be on my "go-to" list and I'll recommend them as often as I can.

it went great. The vendors was very friendly over the phone as well as the technician that came to the house to perform the work. He met me at the door to go over the service, performed the service, and then walked the property to make sure I was satisfied. I didn't see a spot that he missed but he did and went back to clean the spot. There was no collateral damage with the property and plants and the house shines like it's brand new. I'll use these people every two years without question. Great service!!!

They did a good job. All of those creepy spider webs on the trim are gone. The gentleman even cleaned the green of the stairwell. I will definitely use them in the future.

This is my second time using them for gutter cleaning. I have some very high gutters that I just can't get to myself. These guys come in whether you're home or not, do the work they're hired to do and leave with no trace. They do a great job for a great price and don't leave a mess in your yard, driveway or deck/patio.

The gutters were cleaned and the house looked brand new after they power washed it. I did not have to be home for them to do the work, which was fine. Will hire again next year! Thanks!

It went the way it is supposed to go. What I really like about Power Wash Plus is that they are focused on doing the work, rather than giving in-person estimates to sell a person on something more. I called, they provided an estimate based on on Fairfax County square footage for my house, and we set up an appointment. All in the space of 4 minutes; less time than I am often put on hold. I spoke with Charesse - thank you. They coordinated with me on the day of the work so I could be home, and there was to be a delay and then not - but what made that fine too was that when I called to clarify, they were clear - they knew what was happening. But most critically is the work itself, and the wash was done well. The fellow doing it knew what he was doing, was informed on technology, and let me know what could and could not be done. Again, the thing I most appreciate about this company is that the focus is on the work and doing it well. They just appear to be a well-run company. I used them a couple of years ago at another house - then I had the windows done too - with the same positive outcome.

They did a great job! They were informed, responsive, professional, and very helpful. The deck looks fantastic! I have no complaints.

Power Wash Plus responded promptly to my request for an estimate. An estimator arrived and emailed a very reasonable estimate in a very timely manner. I might have chosen this contractor except for two reasons: A friend had used another highly rated Angie's List service and was very pleased. But more importantly, I also needed to have several boards on the deck replaced, work the estimator said the company did not do. But I can certainly understand why this company is very highly regarded on Angie's List.

The company was very responsive in getting me a quote and arrived on time as agreed to start the work. The end result for the power washing was very good for the fence and deck. The sealing of the fence was excellent; however, I noticed an issue with the sealing on the composite deck surface in which it had some large areas which looked darker then others giving a blotchy discoloration. I contacted Power Wash Plus via email and they responded with a call within a hour to let me know a Supervisor would call me to follow up. The Supervisor contacted me 30 mins later and without hesitation offer to come out and correct the problem. A few days later the Supervisor came out and corrected the issue. They even power washed my front steps and railing at no cost due to the inconvenience. Great company and customer service!

They were able to get an appointment very soon for us. The tech showed up on time, was courteous, and did a great job. Would hire again if needed.

I am 100% satisfied with every aspect of the job. The estimator and job manager, Dominic, did everything right. The power washer and stainer did great work with very good results. They did the work quickly, very well, and at a price that beat 4 competing bids by 30%. The company's size brings economies of scale, and commitment to project success that make me glad I am not in a business competing with them. I will not need to get competing bids next time. Three examples of their commitment to customer satisfaction: (1) Dominic and his manager called the day before work start to suggest a change in our choice of stains based on their extensive experience with prior customers. It was good advice. (2) The stainer applied extra coats as needed to get the job right, even though our contract was for a single coat. (3) The price and the speed of work made me suspicious (too good to be true.) They performed on all commitments with great professionalism.

Overall I'm pleased with the services provided by PowerWashPlus. I have a 3 level townhouse with a 2nd level deck. PowerWashPlus was able to access this deck by ladder to wash and stain the deck, which enabled me not to take additional time off from work. My deck is about 5 years old and had not been treated since it was built, so the elements had taken a toll on it. The cleaning and staining made it look like new. The only negative I can think of, is that it rained about 7-8 hours after they performed their service, and the sealant they used recommended at least 24 hours of drying time (obviously the weather is out of their control, but I wonder if the rain will impact the effectiveness over the long term)
