They did a great job. A slight smell - close to bleach - stayed for a few hours after they finished. I called the owner the next day about the smell and he took a lot of time to explain the reason for the odor. It seems that there was so much mold build up on the siding that they had to do several passes.

From start to finish Power Wash Plus was great to work with. They responded within hours to all of my inquiries, both servicemen arrived when they stated, and even handled shuffling around the items on my deck. I even had the chance to talk with one of the guys who performed the work and he had a lot of good advice and explained what the sealer does and does not do. (NOTE: Sealer does *not* last indefinitely, smell like fresh mint, and grant you three wishes, but it *does* keep your deck looking good for a year or more depending on sun exposure, climate, wood species, moon phases, and planetary alignment) I was very happy with the price as well. I would definitely say it is worth the money.

It went extremely well. The walk and the driveway are spotless. The siding is as clean as can be. I would highly recommend Powerwash Plus to anyone. They're very nice people.

This company sets the standard for power washing. We have an older home (30 years) with a northern exposure to the woods and frontage on a secondary road. A lot of grime builds up on our home. I've always had a mildew problem on my siding until I started using this company. They do 3 passes on the house to wet, clean, remove mildew and rinse. They have a water heating system on the truck, so the hot water really gets rid of the dirt. The mildew fighting cleaner they used really prevents regrowth. I didn't have any mildew re-growth on our Masonite siding this year and just minimal on the wood trim. Finally, the the technician walks the house with you if you are home so you can review the quality of the job. Until I found this company, never was super happy with the power wash companies we used, either for customer service and/or quality of work. Powerwash Plus is the best and I plan on giving them additional business for gutter cleaning and other home maintenance services they offer.

Power Wash Plus Inc. was scheduled to come to my house on 1 October. Because of a prediction of bad weather, they called my house and left a message saying that they would be coming on 30 September. Unfortunately, I did not get the message until 1 hour before they came. I had two other contractors at the house for other services, so it got a bit hectic for me. The person that came was very friendly, and immediately went to work on the exterior of my house. When he was finished, I was not able to walk the entire exterior of the house to look at his work, so only looked at one side. Upon closer review later on, we identified several areas where the siding did not get completely clean. We called the company and explained what we found. They were very professional and came back out on 8 October and cleaned the areas identified, again being very friendly.

It could not have went any better in my opinion, the whole start to finish process was absolutely seamless. I browsed the reviews and finally settled on Power Wash. I called them in the morning and thanks to a cancellation they were able to slide me into the schedule for that day. I arrived home during lunch to find the technician hard at work cleaning the fence that I now wish I had pictures to attach to show the transformation. I'm not sure how long the technician was here before I was (you don't need to be at home), but he was super quick and thorough at the same time. My house was apparently pressure washed last year upon the purchase, however I now think that it was done with a water hose as the house looks much different than the day I bought it. I initially ordered just the house wash, but once the technician came out they recommended the patio slab in my backyard. My husband used the phrase Amazing to describe the difference, we did not even realize that patio had different colors of stone or so much architectural detail. I certainly will be using the company in the future...next week actually to clean the gutters and windows.

This company is very prompt in returning phone calls and I was able to get a crew to come out just a few days after I called to schedule an appointment. They have their own big tanked power washer so I was able to confirm before they came out that despite my area's poor water pressure, they would be able to properly wash off all the siding. We had them scheduled for a Monday (I believe) but they had an opening in their schedule to come out 4 days earlier so when they called and asked if I wanted that time slot I was happy to take it. I only talked to one guy but he was friendly and professional and got right to work. Even though it was sprinkling out (I can't stand working in the rain) they took their time to do a good job and everyone seemed to have a great attitude. It didn't take too long and they let me know when they were done, handed me the invoice and we all got to move along with our day. Nice and easy process, quick responses, good quality work. I wouldn't want to use anyone else.

I contacted the company and scheduled a date. They called me two days before and rescheduled for a day earlier due to a storm that was predicted for our area. The tech showed up a 2:40 PM and told me what he was going to do. An hour later, the tech rang the door bell and asked me to inspect the work. The technician was very professional and did a great job. I would recommend Power Wash Plus to anyone if you need your home cleaned. I researched the company through the local better business bureau and found a good rating with no complaints filed with the BBB.

I felt like there was more bureaucracy to get the work scheduled than I have experienced with any other service provider. They wouldn't schedule anything until they actually received the signed contract but then you had to wait for them to call you to schedule. I signed the contract for the deck painting but they wouldn't schedule it until they had the color. They said I could email the color, but when I emailed the color and they called to say the color and color code from the brochure they left had to be on the signed contract. The customer service people were very polite, but it was really tiresome to deal with all the back and forth. While I was pleased with the work they did and the price, I'm not sure I will use them again.

The company representative who came was great! He was punctual, responsible, and very pleasant. We had something growing on the vinyl siding on one side our house, and it was all gone by the time he finished. The whole house looks great.

The outcome was excellent and the shrubs were wet down before the wash began. I was very pleased with the final results and would definately use them again.

I had used Power Wash Plus before and been pleased with their work, so decided to go with them again. The price had gone up marginally over what I had paid before, and I had heard of a few people offering less expensive services -- but with the caveat that they could be difficult to deal with. The folks at Power Wash Plus are anything but difficult. The office staff -- I dealt primarily with Suzie and Heather -- were wonderful: informative, helpful, agreeable. Would that all service providers had an office stay like this one I had hoped to get the job done sooner than Power Wash Plus was able to schedule it -- approximately two weeks after I first called -- but the office staff explained that this was their busiest season and they would schedule me for the earliest possible date but let me know if something else opened up. Nothing did, but on the schedule date, the service tech (Dave, I think) showed up on time and quickly set to work. I had been asked to remove everything I could from the decks to ensure Power Wash Plus could do the best possible, and most efficient, job. I was pleased on both scores. The staining was scheduled for the next day, and again the technician -- Brian -- showed up on time, He was careful to cover with plastic anything that could accidentally get stained if an errant breeze blew up. The job looked great when he finished, but unfortunately, there was a tremendous rain storm that night that seemed to wash away most of the stain. (I had been worried about this, and Brian called back to the office to convey my concerns and check what updated weather information the office had; the office said to go ahead and Brian did. However, as I said, much of the stain washed off, so I called the office a few days later to find out if Power Wash Plus would do a retouch. They promised to send a supervisor out to check, and he appeared the next day. He agreed the job did not look right and, long story short, Power Wash Plus sent Brian back out again to do a second stain job at no extra cost. I was very pleased with everyone I dealt with at Power Wash Plus and highly recommend them.

They came right on time and did the house in about 3 hours. We live near trees and small amounts of moss had collected plus don't think previous owner cleaned roof so needed a very much needed cleaning and so did the house itself. When finished it looked like we got new roof put on and total house and windows looks so much brighter in color and nice to look out with clean windows as you need to have a huge ladder to clean them and I don't do heights!!!! Neigbhors acrossed the street took down PWP number as they watched gentleman clean the house and we're amazed with the results. We will be a returning customer!

They did a great job. Showed up on time (kept me posted on arrival) for the powerwashing -- the deck sealing was done on another day and I was not present for that. Because my house is 30 years old, I was told that the siding would only get "so" clean. It looks great as do the steps and the deck. I was amazed at how dirty the deck and concrete were. This work makes my house shine.

He showed up as scheduled, was extremely polite and informative and did a great job! I can't ask for better service.

Power wash plus was excellent. They provided me a written estimate and contacted me to follow-up. They were very responsive in scheduling the work and called me the day before they came out each of the two days they were performing work. The work was top notch. I would use them again in a second!

.Kenny was meticulous and careful of not getting our wood front door, wet. All the surfaces worked on were left sparkly. We were pleased with the outcome.

I contacted them about the work as advertised on Angie's List on May 25th. They gave me a price quote and scheduled the work for June 26th as the earliest available date but said they would call if an earlier opportunity came up. I got a call a couple of days later that a cancellation had opened up for Saturday, May 30th which I accepted. The truck and operator showed up exactly when scheduled and performed all the work in about 3 hours. He first sprayed the entire house and deck with a hot wash containing a cleaning agent. Then came back and sprayed again with clean water to remove the solvent and all the grime and mildew. He spent some additional time cleaning the surface of the deck and deck railings to make sure they were clean. Fortunately our deck is made of plastic composite boards which don't have any paint so they came clean without requiring any additional work. He then sprayed the house with the hot wax to increase the time before it becomes dirty again.

It was very easy. They came out and did what they were supposed to do, and it looked great. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

Great quick response with a quote and they even worked with us to schedule very quickly since we had a big party planned. Great team from the estimator, scheduler and the gentleman who did the work. They did very well and walked me through afterwards. They had to come back, as there was an issue with streaks that my husband noticed later. They came back the very next day and corrected that to our satisfaction. We would use them in the future and have recommended them to neighbors.

They were on time. Very consciences. They did a great job for a reasonable cost.
