The result was a meticulous and professional quality job. I made the right choice by choosing Powerwashplus. There was a slight miscommunication in the beginning with the estimate since I had hand written some clarifications of the work in addition to the typed description. I thought I was helping out but it only confused the estimate. So if modifications need to be made, make sure they do it. The owner understood what happened and honored the clarification. The deck looked very clean after the power wash. They covered my patio and bushes under my deck before they started. I saw that he was taking great care in doing a thorough detailed job. He did a great job staining my fence in that he got both sides thoroughly, even with foundation planting along one side. He also left the area all cleaned up. I was very happy with the job and will be recommending them to my neighbor as well as use them again when needed.

Great, Power Wash Plus Inc is very easy to work with. Had to reschedule first appointment due to delayed arrival of workers and another appointment we had. PWP Inc readily rescheduled work. Workers arrived promptly on new date, explained process and did an EXCELLENT job inside and out. Very thorough cleaning of all window and frame surfaces. Very pleased with care, speed and result. Will definitely use PWP Plus again. Next year we'll use for windows and power washing.

This work exceeded my expectations. My initial contact on the phone was pleasant, informative and professional. I was able to get the time and date I wanted. The process was explained and an exact cost was given. The cost was under my budget. There was an extra coating I could have opted for, but I was not pressured to buy it--just informed it was available. Nelson, the guy who came and did the work was professional and knowledgeable. He took great care of my property, and the house was sparkling clean when he left. The owner followed up on the phone later that day to make sure the job was done to my satisfaction and see if he could answer any questions. I have a low gutter area by the front door that gets really dirty. It was refreshing to have hired people who really take pride in what they do and insist on making sure everything is done well.

Easy to schedule and the work was completed on time. After the power wash they weren't satisfied with how it looked so they did it a second time! Was very impressed with the integrity of the crew in getting the job done to their standard before they sealed it. The deck looks fantastic now!

It took two visits and their customer service was quite good. Replies to my queries were prompt. Narrative: Upon inspection after the first visit I wasn't satisfied as there was still sediment and leaves in parts of the gutter. Buyer beware: Power Wash Plus does not have the ability to get everything out of gutters that have certain types of guard. They aren't going to take the ends off the gutters and completely purge them of all debris. Once the company explained this and offered to send someone out to put a low pressure nozzle in the gutters I felt that, for the price, they were doing an appropriate level of service. Now if they had just done this on the first visit they could have attained that "A" rating.

Excellent! I would highly recommend this company if you need power washing and window cleaning for your home. I was scheduled for Aug 16, 2016 but they took advantage of a cancellation and were here bright and early today June 30, 2016. They did a terrific job and my house looks absolutely great!

Perfectly. They were very friendly and easy to talk to on the phone, very professional, and told me there was about a two week wait for the job, but that they would come sooner if there was an opening. She called me back the next day and told me there had been an opening the day after, so I only waited two days for them. They must have come in the morning, because by the time I returned, the whole outside and patio was bone dry, with a slight hint of a little bleach in the air. The exterior is spotless, and there is no trace of the mold on the vinyl side, even though it must be 25' from the ground to the roof peak. They treated the exterior of my 3800 sq foot home to ****** future mold growth for an extra $60, which seems like a fair price to keep it from getting unsightly again, at least until it's time to wash it for other reasons. Very very pleased with the service. Highly recommend.

Incredible and outstanding are the best words to describe Power Wash Plus. We recently used Power Wash Plus to power wash the exterior of our house and power wash and seal our deck. Everything looks brand new. Nelson, the technician, was extremely courteous, experienced, and knowledgeable. Power Wash Plus is one of the best service companies to do work at our home. Additionally, every staff person we dealt with was terrific. Power Wash Plus is a rare find. We will definitely use them again. Fantastic company!

We are very pleased. Our initial contact was professional and responsive. Their inspection and proposal were delivered promptly. After working through some scheduling miscommunication, the technicians arrived promptly and began the cleaning and restoration process. Wow! Even before sealing, the deck looks better than it ever has in the 12 years we've owned the house! The technicians were all prompt, courteous and professional. We will definitely use them again in future and will recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

The Power Wash Plus technician came on the scheduled day and did an excellent job for a very reasonable price ($150). He was friendly, hard working, and competent. We couldn't believe how much better our driveway, sidewalk, and stoop looked... they were beautiful! I absolutely would use this company again.

Excellent experience. ?Both the office POC and service provider were very professional. ?Original appointment was scheduled for the end of July but I asked to be contacted if they could fit me in earlier. ?I received a call on Friday, 8 Jul, stating they could performs services?the next day. ?Provider showed up by 830 am and had finished the work by 930. ?House looks great. ?I would highly recommend. ?

I purchased a deal online to pressure wash the house. I had used Power Wash Plus about 3 years earlier for pressure washing my house and they had done a good job, plus their prices was the lowest, so I used them again. They contacted me after I purchased the item via Angie's List and as we worked on the details of the service, they looked up the square-footage of my house, including my attached garage, and determined that my house was slightly larger than the max allowed for the deal I had purchased. Therefore, the price was going to be higher, but the person I worked with applied another coupon (or so I was told) and the I only ended up paying about $15 more. As an aside, I just scheduled them to clean my gutters and applied an online coupon for $100 that read in big, bold letters "Any Size House", but in smaller letters it says up to 3,000 square feet. My house is 3,300 so I get to pay more again - this time $39. This seems to be a pattern with this company, but their prices are still low and their work has been good so far so.... They came out when they said they would, they did what they said they would do, the price was exactly what they said it would be, and the siding looks clean. No complaints and I plan to use them again. I've also recommended them to my neighbors.

We met with a technician from Power Plus to get an estimate to have our siding and enclosed deck power washed. We had also originally asked to have the deck re-stained. The technician told us that the deck readily didn't need re-staining yet and that we should save our money and just get a gentle power wash and could easily re-stain the few faded areas ourselves. We really appreciated this honest response and ended up just getting the power washing done. They did a great job - both the siding and deck looked like new when finished! We were so pleased with the outcome that we called Power Plus to come back and clean our gutters. This was also done perfectly. Nothing negative to say! The $600 was for both jobs ($500 for power washing + $100 for gutter cleaning).

Pressure Wash Plus was a pleasure to work with. They were very flexible with the scheduling as I was dealing with a new roof installation and delays caused by the weather. The technician who did the work was very professional and did a very thorough job. The results were far more than expected. I would definitely recommend this company to my neighbors.

They did a wonderful job and I was happy with the work. When I called the company to inquire about the questions I had about water going into the siding, I was told by the very pleasant receptionist that they wash from the top down and that would not be a problem. However, I was a little concerned when the technician came out and did not perform the washing using that method.

Power Wash Plus gets an A+. The estimator, Dominic, arrived on time and was very helpful in explaining the services we needed to clean a very dirty roof, siding, and shed. The estimate was sent to me very promptly. We had used Power Wash Plus once before and knew that they did quality work. The office staff was very easy to work with in scheduling the job and accommodating when I needed to cancel and reschedule due to rain. Gerson, the technician, introduced himself and then proceeded to do the work we had requested. Power Wash Plus has a very nice truck that was fully equipped and remained in the street during the job. All we needed to provide was a water hookup. Gerson was thorough in completing the job and going back to make sure everything was then rinsed down properly. I was very impressed with Pressure Wash Plus. They did a great job and were able to get the mildew off of the siding of our home. The brickwork looks like new.

I asked for a refund from this provider because the services they performed didn't fit my property. I needed powerwashing that would also do brick and the roof, as we have a Dutch Colonial. This company wouldn't powerwash anything but vinyl. Update 4/27/2016 However, after speaking to the owner who offered an explanation, it seems I have overlooked some of the details in the fine print. The deal did specify it was valid for only homes with vinyl siding, excluding brick homes. I was impressed that the owner did call to see if he could correct a bad review.

Quick, professional and great price and service!

Overall, went great. Very professional folks, timely, and did a decent job protecting my siding/hot tub/bushes from stain spray however I wish they did a little better job protecting hardscaping and my above ground oil tank. There are a few glistening areas from over spray and I'm afraid that rain may not wash it away. The finished deck looks excellent though. Night and day from where it was. They warned me in advance, but the power washing was really rough on a couple areas of my deck based on wood it was built with. I'd like to think they could have gone a little lighter on those areas as the wood started to show issues. Also, minor thing, as post got close to ground the stain stopped. Would have been nice to just brush those last few inches with stain if spraying them wasn't possible. I'd still use them again, but I'd point out my concerns above so they can try and avoid those things next time. Bottom line, I have a large, complex deck and they made it look great again.

Everything went great! The house looks brand new and the service was excellent. I will definitely be using them again next year!
