Jay did the work and he is the most professional, meticulous perfectionist that I've ever experienced. He is extremely neat as well so not a drop went off the deck. If you want a professional job at a fair price - this is the right business to perform it. Ask for Jay.

+ -1 moreThe Power Plus technician directly hit one or more of the exterior power sockets and shorted out the GFI (ground fault indicator) breaker to the electrical circuit panel. The technician should have avoided spraying the exterior power sockets, or taken extra precautions prior to power washing. At first we thought we would need an electrician to come out but we contacted them on the next business day, they immediately responded and told us this does happen from time to time. After a couple of days after everything aired out, the manager was willing to come out and reset the GFI. He even gave my husband good instructions on where to locate the GFI and my husband was able to fix the problem. However, I did recommend they add a disclaimer that the exterior outlets should be sealed properly before pressure washing.

Consequently, it may not be possible to remove all stains. However, our cleaning process will make a dramatic improvement to the appearance. + -1 moreIt turns out we had a lot of gravel bits from the shingles accumulating in the gutters. This company did clean out a great deal of debris from the gutters and they replaced the crooked screens. However - Apparently they scooped out the gravel in the front of the house and just dropped it onto the front landing and walkway. Now I have little gravel bits being tracked into the house so I'll have to clean up after this crew. Is there a better way to dispose of gutter grit than simply releasing it over someone's front walkway and threshold? Hopefully, this company can come up with a better solution.
