Initially I hired them because of the Angie's List rating and the good reviews. He gave me a reasonable quote for home renovations for my 2 bathrooms, new carpet installation, kitchen remodeling and painting. He first came with the painters, removed the carpet and then he stopped working. I have called him to follow up and he has been giving me excuses for why he has not been back. He has only done a part of the painting and he said this would be completed within 2 weeks. I do not have any carpet, my walls a halfway painted. He has even asked me for more money but I have told him he needs to do more work. I gave him a deposit via check for thousands of dollars. After I gave him the check that is when he stopped showing up. After doing further research on other sites I have found similar reviews stating this company taking others money. He has taken my money and now is gone. Do not hire this company.

Tony and Virginia Benitez Benitez Construction LLC 9300 nancy st Manassas Park, VA 20111 571-465-1770 and 571-285-6669 We went to the store to buy the material with Tony Benitez. He brought the material and set it in the house. Indicated will come 2 days to start the work as have other things lined up. Two days did not come. Called him many times and left messages with no response. Called on 4th and finally came 5 days later from target start. The work was started and continued for 3 days. Then he wanted payment for partial progress. Again did not come after partial payment receipt and calls were ignored. Then came after 4 days to do the work. Only had 1 bathroom done by Benitez Construction LLC and services were discontinued. Partial work / service completed after 9 days delay. However in previous 5 days I was looking for contractors. Tony Benitez responded under Antonio Benitez and Company name with 2 different numbers. He had time to keep looking for more work and no time to return the calls for work that was started. I will NOT hire him and be careful in giving any interim payments. Tony is polished talker and good at collecting payments and delaying work to meet his schedule.

I was told by tony the formen of the crew it was going to be 2 weeks from start to finish. we got all materials in and the work begun demo floors old cabinets and opened up one wall at day 4 cabinets were going up . Day 11 they were done. I JUST WANT TO THANK TONY AND THE CREW FOR ALL THE HARD WORK THANK YOU GUYS AND GOD BLESS.

They came out looked at the space and Tony showed me pictures of past projects he had done i liked what i saw. We meet at the Tile Shop were he gets his materials and i picked out what i liked and we paid for it and we got Tony's discount. As soon as materials arrived they started to go to work . Three full and long days they were done all i can say is VERY VERY IMPRESSED AND HAPPY THANK ALL YOU GUYS IN THE CREW .

tony benitez and his crew came out on day 1 and started prepping the ares where they were going to work and started demo. day 2 crew came back and started to install all new cabinets as will as new lighting and plumbing . on day 5 countertops were installed , day 6 backsplash was installed by day 9 we were all done he had told us 10-12 day for all work to be done we were happy to have our kitchen back before his deadline . very happy with the work and the cost .
