Great job! Second time I have used Amazing Skylights Inc., good company!

The contractor Amazing Skylights did a wonderful job installing the Solotube brand skylight. They arrived (15min) early and began setting up there work table before I arrived home. The whole process took about 1.5 hours. While high up in my attic (high pitched roof) the contractor also resealed my dryer exhaust tube which had come loose. They performed this at no charge. I would use this contractor again without question. I would also recommend this product. It has brought light to an otherwise dark staircase.

It didn't go...they are AWOL!!!

We were very pleased with Amazing Skylights. Rich came out and after checking our exiting skylights gave us an estimate on the two skylights and a SolaTube; there was no pressure salesmanship. We arranged to have the work done and his staff was able to install the two skylights in one morning. We also purchased a SolaTube as our family room was quite dark during the daytime. Rich and his staff installed the SolaTube in an afternoon (same day as the skylights). Installing the SolaTube required cutting into our roof and bringing the tube from the roof through a small area in a linen closet on the second floor and ending up in the family room. Sunlight is now reflected through the tube and brings bright sunlight into our family room during the day. We are very pleased with the workmanship and the clean up with Amazing Skylights, Inc.

.Amazing skylights has been a wonderful company to work with. The original consultation and estimate were done within a couple of days of my call to them. It was fast and easy. The light that was installed has provided some wonderful light into an otherwise dark area of our house. Rich was really clear about what the process would be like and what it would cost. The crew came out the following week to install the solar tube. They called to let us know that they were stuck in traffic (which I really appreciated...instead of just letting us guess why they were late) and the work was completed in a timely manner. The one thing that I would say-when they moved the boxes around in the attic to install the tubing, they were not moved back to where they were originally. Not a big deal, but maybe something to mention to them the next time they do work with us. We would absolutely not hesitate to call them for additional work when we need it. They will definitely be the company we call.

We met Rich at the Washington Home and Garden Show and got his flyer. Called to make an appointment for the installation of a solar attic fan. We did have to wait for a few weeks to get the install done, but after a home and garden show, I am sure they were inundated with calls for appointments. The work was done beautifully, the customer service has been fantastic. Have used them again for installation of a solar tube. Can't recommend them highly enough.

The workers arrived promptly and finished in less than three hours. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure we were 100% satisfied.

Put in a request for estimate online. Next day received a call to set up appointment to meet and discuss options. Set up appointment to have product installed. Installers were on time, it took an hour to put in and they were ever professional and clean. The whole project from online request to completion took less than a week. Very pleased with the results!

Quick installation (45 minutes), install hampered only by traffic and uncooperative weather that delayed the installers' arrival. Overall a great experience

It was quick, easy and punctual. They were great about calling when the skylights came in and calling the day before the installation (weather does play a part in skylight replacement). They were here when they said they would be and cleaned up afterwards. Pleasant on phone and in person.

Amazing Solatube is aptly named....the solar tube they installed truly is amazing. Natural sunlight now warms the room throughout the day. We love it!

Met them at a booth at teh Dulles Spring Garden show and scheduled a free visit to get an estimate. First visit was professional, thorough as to possibilities, and offered us a very fair price. Installation was on the day scheduled, very efficient, and very professional. Most of the installation was done via the exterior roof. The crew cleaned up the area very well and everything is great! Highly recommended for their competitive prices and professional installation.

I called the company and Rich was able to come out and give me an estimate. Prices seem reasonable and fair. The only thing is that it took about 4 weeks after I put the order in to get it installed. It is because they are pretty busy. The installation was fast. Rich personally came out and did it in 2 hours. The left the place clean and the new solatube is amazing.

The experience was great from our initial hone conversation through installation. We added a sun room on to our home a few years ago which we love. However, as a result, our family room became darker. We considered putting in widows on either side of our fireplace, but did not want to lose the wall space. A few months ago, a friend mentioned that her sister had installed solartubes in their house in California and were very happy withy them. We did some research, made a few inquires and found out the Amazing Skylights had been installing a product called Solatube for years. We contracted them and after an initial phone conversation, the owner came out to our home and explained very clearly how the solatube worked and how it would definitely give us much more light in our family room. At first we were still a bit skeptical, but after his explanation and reviewing utube videos we decide to have one installed by Amazing Skylights. The first couple days after installation were overcast but the room was considerable brighter that it had been. Finally, a sunny day arrived and the room lit up! It truly was amazing! We are so pleased with this product. The team that installed the solatube was prompt, very professional and neat and careful both inside and outside our home during the installation process.

Excellent from beginning to end.

Arrived on time, installed both solar powered attic fans, removed trash when done. Great service with great quality people.

The initial visit and the subsequent installation went pretty smoothly. They're careful workers and try hard not to take any risks that could damage your house. I have no issues with the quality of their work. I'm just a bit disappointed with the way the light itself looks -- the light is refracted and rather cool and doesn't look natural. In hindsight, we should've spent the extra money for a proper skylight above the stairs. We'll do that when we have the budget. Until then, the solar tube does do a good job of bringing in light. It just looks like a port hole above the stairs. I would call Amazing Skylights again if i wanted another solar tube installed -- but probably in a closet, not in a highly visible part of the house.

Amazing Skylights was just good in every respect. They were really good and we really enjoyed working with them. They gave us a quote and then we ended up having them come out and do the work and they a spectacular job and we're really happy with the product. They were very knowledgeable and very punctual. The guy is very good with his work and he is really good about cleaning up. I mean there wasn't a speck of dust or anything after he left. They were just really good to work with and we'll definitely use them again if we do anymore of these solar tubes. They were spectacular.

The company representative was very responsive to our initial email request for an estimate -- calling back the next day, and when I couldn't return his calls right away, over the next couple of days. The estimate was punctual and went well -- although he didn't actually look in the attic when doing the estimate, which lead to some problems on the day of the installation. Due to family emergencies and weather, the installation itself had to be rescheduled a couple of times, but the company was responsive and helpful. Then, the layout of our attic meant that the installation was complicated (which would have been discovered if the estimate had included a look in the attic) and took much longer than expected. However, there was no extra charge for this. Once the work was completed, the work has held up very well, including against some big rainstorms that hit the night after they were installed, with no leaks or problems. We love the effect and the products.

Very professional, great communication. Set up initial meeting and provided estimates on solar tube with an exhaust fan and replacing damaged ceiling. No pressure. When we were ready we let him know and asked him about tax credits and energy savings with attic fans. He said he had a solar attic fan that we could see if we would like to try that. They provided a discount on the fan since he was doing other work as well. The were great on communication and let us know where they were. How long the job would take and true to their estimate with no additional costs. They were very fast and finished hours before the expected time. Very nice work and they cleaned up after their job. We love the solar tube and the solar attic fan. It is very quiet and runs all day. We are looking to install another solar tube in the kids bathroom next year. Awesome !
