+ -1 moreWhen our A/C system quit cooling downstairs, Osborne AC came out and very shortly found the issue. We definitely needed a new unit as ours was over 26 years old, would not hold a charge and inefficiently cooling. They found a system available which would give us back a nice rebate and came back within a few days to do the work. They got the job done in one day and had it cooled nicely - This one is high performance very efficient and cools great.

Description of Work: Ronnie and his son, Michael were recommeded by my neighbor when I had to replace my furnace. Their bid was significantly lower than the big names. He installed a Rheem heat pump and did all the duct work in my older home. They came in and did a great job and attended to the little details (removed the old furnace and oil tank). Can't recommend them enough. They do not advertise (keeping costs down) and get all their business by word of mouth.
