Mystic Cleaning was prompt in responding to my call and came on time to deliver service. The service is a and quot;one-manand quot; business who seems to have a little experience in a lot of different things. He was courteous, communicative, and prompt but he also underestimated the cost of his work by 200.00, did not provide an invoice for services (partly my fault for not insisting), cleaned the center area of the carpeted rooms in the apartment with a steam cleaner but did not clean around the baseboards or vacuum around the edges of the rooms to complete the job. He missed cleaning two of the closets in the very small apartment also.
This was a nice young man who wanted to do a good job but seemed to lack attention to detail. He was more polite than most handymen but overall charged too much for the level of work performed.

They had a real challenge. I have a 24 by 48 foot kennel building with eight 6x8 foot runs down one side, a six foot wide aisle in the middle and four 10 x 10 foot rooms plus a bath and a storeroom. All were cluttered (except the runs) and the floors (all tile) were ground-in grimy. The team moved out everything, sorted, stacked, defrosted small fridge, cleaned cabinets, cleaned all walls and windows, swept and cleaned all floors, painted stained concrete walls (two coats) replaced damaged floor tiles--at least two dozen of these--and waxed and polished all floors. Picked up and hauled all trash to dump. When I say they worked tirelessly, I mean it! they scarcely stopped for a drink of water. I was extremely pleased!
Mr. Dunn, owner of Mystic Cleaning, is an ex-Army guy who has a keen sense of responsibility, and who knows how to manage his time and his workers. The only problem was my fault, I was not on the scene enough to help him screen the stuff that went into the trash, and I lost a few valuable things as a result. Entirely my responsibility, but as a cautionary tale: if you use him, help him out with those kinds of decisions.
And, yes, I'd use him again in a New York minute. In fact, he has agreed to return and do my garage in a couple of weeks.

The price was reasonable. They did a good job. They were very responsive. I had no complaints.

Arrived on time and completed work in a timely matter. Gave us a senior discount that was greatly appreciated.

I was looking for a company that could do everything I needed. I did not want to hire one company to clean and another to do the
carpets. I needed a move out cleaning with carpets also done.
Called after hours and got a live person to answer questions and give me a quote to perform these services on a 2100 sf rental home. Scheduled the appointment. I had to reschedule because the move-in date on my home was delayed. They were very accommodating to find a date that would fit my schedule.
Communication leading up to the appointment was great. Several e-mails/calls to confirm appointment.
Results: Carpets in this short term rental home look better than when we moved in. Kitchen and appliances were immaculate. Bathrooms and the rest of the house was done very well.
I would highly recommend this veteran owned company.
