We also sell and service lawn and garden equipment such as lawn mowers, chain saws, string trimmers, and much more. We welcome checks,cash,credit cards. Authorized dealer for Ferris, Simplicity,Snapper,and Husqvarna equipment. Pick up and delivery service is also provided for customer convenience.

While the service department is excellent, I was a bit disappointed that management would not provide a replacement battery charger for a NAPA unit that was defective. Management claimed I would have to deal with NAPA because they no longer had a relationship with the company. Overall feeling about the company is that it is good for repair work, but that customer service needs some improvement
Description of Work: Repaired zero turn radius mower. The service staff is excellent, but through no fault of Jones, had to wait a long time for a necessary part. Suggest requesting that any necessary part be overnight shipped at customer expense.

Thanks for the review (member name). I'm glad to hear you were pleased with our repair. As for the wait time for the part, in many cases the shipping method for the part is not a factor because the part is just simply not available from anywhere. Unlike other industries lawn & garden manufactures do not always have sufficient supply of repair parts. We have to actually wait for the factory to manufacture the part. We do offer expedited shipping in cases where the part is available from a warehouse or distributor. I wish that we could have helped you with the failed NAPA battery charger. When we made the switch from Napa to Carquest , Carquest offered us a window of time that they would help our customers and warranty the Napa parts. Fortunately there are local Napa stores close by in Orange and Culpeper that would be able to solve the issue if the unit was still under manufacture warranty. Thanks for your business.
