Carter Septic Service

Description of Work: We purchased this old farmhouse recently, and we not certain when the last time the septic was cleaned out. Instead of guessing, we got a hold of Tracy Carter of Carter Septic, and wow, what a delight! After calling around to a couple other septic services and reading some terrible reviews, we were worried we were not going to get a service provider that had both good service AND a great attitude. We got both with Tracy. They came out, were careful with every aspect of the work, including the weight of their vehicle on our soft backyard (after some significant rain). They did the work, explained everything, including the routine maintenance and care we should apply with our plumbing and septic going forward. One more thing, and this goes to the service level; we weren't sure of the size system we have, and he went the extra mile and checked the county records that night and got back to us with both the size and an expected date we should call him in several years for our next cleanout - 5-6 years later :)

Description of Work: Pumped out our Septic tank for the first time after 12 years. Gave requirements for how close he needed to get with the pumping truck. Set up an appointment at a convenient time.

Description of Work: Called last week to schedule appointment. Had appointment 4/3/13 at 8:30 am. Tracy came at 8:15 am, introduced himself, explained what he was going to do and why. Got right to work. He came to get me several times to explain what he was doing and to show me the different stages and explain the what's and whys. The job was done in 45 minutes. Very smooth job and very professi Very nice owner. Will use again and would recommend to others.
