Description of Work: Asked for a plan to replace the lawn and the design of the very small (15X15) front yard. Bill dealt only with replacing the front lawn. We agreed on a somewhat high price, but I wanted a good job. Bill came, scraped the soil with a rake then seeded and fertilized. This was totally inadequate. We agreed for an additional $110.00, that he would re-sod the lawn. He did. It is now faring adequately, but we shall see what develops in the spring.
