Turn over is a very stressful time of year since I have many units that need to be done in a short amount of time. Having a contractor that I can rely on to provide fast and quality work eases a lot of that stress. The owner/operator is easy to work with and has always been able to come through in a bind. I can always count on A.E. Turner for whatever I need done.
Description of Work: I am a property manager at a 528 bed property in Charlottesville, VA. A.E. Turner handles the painting for the turnovers in my units. He has also painted the outside of all of my buildings and painted the breezeways.
