He was gracious, polite, friendly, and professional. After he did his initial walk through assessment, he immediately got to work pretreating the stains and keeping me informed on every step of the way through the process. Also informed us of preventative measures we can take to prevent any permanent staining. When he was done with my living room and dining room carpet area, I was thoroughly impressed with the results. My wife was delighted by the results and stated "it looks like brand-new carpeting", he (Andy) even applied scotch guard to protect the carpeting. I can't say enough about the service received, other then he WILL be used again and referred to anybody and everybody I know. Andy is my new go to guy for carpet cleaning. *** As I write this review I noticed I cannot enter the cost of service, so the total cost of service was $135.00 which was a great price for the exceptional work received. Again highly recommend! ***

He arrived right on time and went right to work. I had no illusions that the carpet could be cleaned to the point that it looked clean. I was really surprised. Andy vacuumed the rooms then pretreated all the stains. Once the pretreatment was down he took a really great tool and within a few minutes the oil stain in my workshop started coming up. He kept working at it until the stain was a memory. The same thing in the family room. He pretreated lots of paint stains and with a little aggressive work all the paint came up. I wasn't expecting much. Both carpets were really old and are ready to be replaced. His cleaning methods have given the carpet a couple more years and I'm happy. Andy was fast, friendly, polite and focused on the job. I'd use the company again with no reservations

They do a very good and thorough job. They are timely and I don't have to wait a long time for them. Their price depends on the room. I recommend them to others.
