After going over the details with them, they put down some stain samples for us to chose from.We decided on a color and i must say they worked with us very well on that. We could not stay in the home because of the fumes and the job was expected to take 5 days. everything in the work area had to be removed including everything on the walls. I handed them a front door key and my wife and i left town to visit grand children. Giving the key to our home made me very nervous but my son stayed in town and checked on them daily. When we came back, i was very pleased. The color is perfect even after making a change over the phone to make the color more closely match the hand rails. the floors look beautiful. I pointed out that The floor in the upstairs hall had some brush hairs in the polyurethane so they came back the next day and took care of it with no problems. They had taped all the cabinet and door joints to keep out dust and wiped down all the walls with a Swiffer to remove the dust when they were done. Overall, i am very pleased with the work that was performed.
