Description of Work: Ronnie Adams, the owner came out to my home and gave me an estimate to refinish my hardwood floors. I thought the price was reasonable. This meeting happened on a Friday. He indicated he would email me the formal proposal by the following Wednesday. I did not get the written proposal and after three unanswered calls to him over a one month period, I finally gave up. Bottom line, he gave me an oral price and that is the last I have heard from him. To say he is unreliable would be an understatement.

Description of Work: They installed 3 rooms and steps of slate. They refinished hardwood flooring as well.
