Description of Work: "I would not recommend using Hubs Services. Our addition began in January of 2016 and has NOT been finalized with city inspectors, no one has been to back to finish any work since the beginning of June. Part of the siding that was added onto the addition has slipped and has not been fixed despite numerous requests. The downspout that was added to the front of the house does not extend down to the ground nor connected to any other piping and so rainwater pours down onto the foundation of the house. During roof removal and installation there was a day of rain which leaked into the house and damaged a ceiling in a bedroom that has yet to be repaired. Workers damaged stair vents and no one has repaired or replaced them. Never finished small items such as repairing baseboard trim in office and finishing baseboard trim in kitchen. Access panels were never installed where needed. Dimmers were never installed and were paid for. Upstairs bedroom window was damaged from workers climbing in and out and never repaired or replaced. A ladder that was not the contractor's was taken from the property, used on another job, and returned with a broken foot stabilizer and we have to now pay to replace stabilizer on the ladder. An itemized bill was never given and an explanation of what was used for miscellaneous costs was never provided. Contractor avoids phone calls and communication, will not return phone calls or text messages. |

Description of Work: He installed a deck on the front of the house and remodeled the stairs in the back of the house.
