Installer arrived just before the end of the projected arrival window. He had to make several calls before he finally finished the Interlock kit install.

It went well overall. But took all day to install. The workers were nice.

My experience with them was not good. There were a lot of problems with the installation. The installation took longer and they had to come back couple of times to get it right.

Guys were friendly. But professional, worked steady and well within the teams. Guys are well prepared with the idols and material needed for the jobs. Starting times harried, because some of the employees take morning chasses (continuing ED! ).

Went well, came when they said they would, no problem's.

A month ago, our heat pump broke. Another provider came, inspected the unit, and stated it was working. Cost- $100. The unit has not run since. Called this provider, they came the same day and diagnosed the issue. Could have repaired it, it was only 4 years old, but it has broken every year since installation and labor warranty voided since original installers went out of business. So we contracted these installers to change the system. They also added a return in the basement which was never done when the house was built.

We had called Wooldridge heating and air because our air conditioner wasn't working. They came the same day, even though they were backed up on calls and fixed the problem. The technician explained everything that he did and showed me the areas in which he worked inside the house. It was a very pleasant experience and we would definitely recommend them and use their services again.

Regular maintenance. Fan motor had burned out and new motor has been ordered. Replacement is covered under warranty.

Went smoothly and right on schedule. They arrived on time and by late afternoon had cleaned up, showed me how the new system operates and they were on their way. Very friendly and professional and no "uh oh" moments.

Installer was on time, good installation job, cleaned up after work.

The crew arrived within 15 minutes of the scheduled time. They were very courteous and worked quickly. We are long time HVAC customers of Wooldridge.

When I first called them, they sent a rep out right away, Will checked out everything and presented me with three options, I did not decide right away, I got three more estimates, none of those came out right away. When I decided to go with Wooldridge, I called them and they gave me a date to come. Justin and Jack showed up right on time. They explained what all they would do and got right to work. These two guys were so nice and professional. It took them a day and a half to do all they had to do, when they left the first day, they explained what they had done, and let me know they would be back the next day, showed up right when they said they would and got right to work, they finished today and before they left they explained everything and showed me how to work the new thermostat. Plus they cleaned up everything, I cannot say enough good things about Wooldridge Heating and Air, if they say they are going to do something and show up and a certain time they do it, I would and have recommended them to friends and family, i gave them a b on price because they were not the cheapest, but when i figured in the warranty on this unit, it was just a little bit higher than the others,

Arrived in the morning as expected & completed job in the same day, as expected.

They were here on time and did all the necessary work in a very professional manner. Very courteous and helpful.

Melvin the salesman was early and did well explaining the costs & options. Nick and Jesse came on time to do the install. Clean, thorough, and respectful.

2 man crew came in, explained what they were going to do, then got to work. 90+ degree days to do the work. Removed the old furnace (removed the air circulatory fan so I could keep), chiseled out the oil supply/return lines from concrete floor and removed some of the duct work so it would fit the new gas unit. While another company cleaned the duct work (another review), the guys removed the old heat pump and pad. Then installed the new (larger) support pad for heat pump and placed the heat pump on it. They set the new gas furnace in the basement and began work on the duct connections. Next day, they worked on the duct work and finished up connecting gas/electrical/conduit, new wall control for the HVAC system and installed the whole house surge protector. Cooling system is really working nicely. The crew is waiting for a cooler day to ground the gas line/have gas company turn gas on to test the gas furnace performance. Only complaint pertains to gas company vs Wooldridge disagreement over grounding of system. Supposedly, the special metal piping Wooldridge installed from the meter to the furnace, does not meet the Gas company's standards, hence the need for additional grounding. Wooldridge will be installing the other grounding as noted above.

Two servicemen arrived at 0900, worked to completion at 5:30. Courteous people did neat, clean job. Expanded scope to add an outdoor receptacle without any hassles.

They were on time just like they said , told us the problem and came back with the prices and warranty, and installed on time.

The answered my call & great courtesy from Kim. I was contacted within a day by the estimator Melvin. He cam by on time in one day. The job required permits from city and power company. All were coordinated. The work was completed within 10 days.

Chris & Jared arrived on time, spent 8 full hours installing new heat pump. Very courteous and friendly.

Install went fine! Wooldridge came the Wednesday prior and diagnosed problem. Five days later, installed new unit.

Crew was punctual at exactly 8:30, very professional and courteous, Job was to be an all day job, but this 3 man crew finished at 3:00! Very pleased with their performance!
