It worked but our experience with them was not good. The different contractors doing the work didn't seem to know what the other one was doing. One person would start something, check it out, and another person would come in and do it. It look much longer than it should have. It wasn't professional in the way it was done. They weren't using their own staff or employees, which was not what I was expecting. They came when they said they would.

Tim came out on a service call and determined the coil on our lower unit was leaking slowly. After discussing options he repaired it as best he could. Replacing the coil on my current unit would have been expensive on a 12 year old system. We had him come back and give us an estimate on replacing both of our units as they were of the same age. He discussed exactly what he was going to do and answered all my concerns. Tim even gave us a discount for the service call, being retired military and replacing both units at the same time. Matt and James came out and were very professional, courteous and efficient in their work. They replaced both units (one for the main floor and one in a very hot attic) in 2 rather than the 3 days originally scheduled. Very happy with my experience with all employees with this company.

From the start they courteously pursued me as if they wanted my business scheduled the work around my schedule. The installers were courteous, ready answered my questions, performed the work efficiently and according to the contract.

We unfortunately called Wooldridge originally because one of our HVAC units stopped working. Wooldridge provided a technician on the same day. Our Texhnician was named Tim. We got the bad news that it was recommended that the entire system needed to be replaced. Tim provided an estimate while he was there. He worked past his scheduled time to get off work to accommodate us without any complaints. Tim took his time and explained all the costs and benefits of the Wooldridge brand. They have a great warranty and because of the way Tim explained it we agreed to the unit on the spot. Tim showed a genuine desire to get our unit replaced quickly due to forecasted hot weekend. He stayed in touch and Wooldridge got us next day service. The two installers that came out were professional, respectful of our home ( put on the blue shoe covers dozens of times ) and did a great job. Our new unit is in one word impressive. Wooldridge will get our business when our other unit needs to be replaced without a second thought. We also hope that Tim will be recognized by Wooldridge because he turned in our expensive diagnosis into a positive experience.

Two certified technicians arrived at 9am and worked steadily all day. Did their own clean - up.

The crew took two days to remove the old heat pump and air handler and install the new equipment. They arrived on time and cleaned the area when they finished.

The entire process went very well from start to finish. Staff was knowledgeable and made sure you understood what they were going to do and made sure you were able to operate the system. Everyone maintained a level of excellence and demonstrated professionalism. The process was completed in the time frame that was given. Wooldridge was able to access my problem quickly, considering that I have had other like business's to evaluate my problem and they could not figure it out. Customer service is a plus for me, these guys are awesome. They made sure we were taken care of. It took a day and a half to complete and before the installers left on the first day they made sure we had heat for the chilly night.

The first person came out did not put up the lanterns quite sufficiently. The second person came out seemed to have corrected all the problems but I detected something wrong with it still.

They are the only ones that we use.

My experience was fine. They were very good and very polite.
