Description of Work: The outdated HVAC systems in this house had serious compatibility issues so on their advice we had the indoor until replaced with a high efficiency gas furnace and also a new matching heat-pump unit. All associated electrical, plumbing, duct work and humidifier unit included for a package price that was extremely reasonable. Very profession workmanship and the results were noticeable immediately. Highly Recommended!

Description of Work: They came out the same day to evaluate my AC since it was not cooling. Found that the coils were dirty and glogged and one was frozen up. They got me going temporarily but came back the following week to do a full service tune-up and everything seems to be fine now.

Description of Work: The service person arrived about an hour later than I expected but I was not guaranteed an exact time so that was ok I suppose. The man went to my outside heat pump unit and immediately said the fan motor was bad. Seemed like a "gotcha" moment when he quoted over 300 dollars for the new part as that seemed pretty high for that item. He changed to out as it was cold and sleeting and raining that morning. He invoiced me using his iPad and sent a copy of the bill via email.

Description of Work: I purchased a Generac whole house 20kW propane powered generator from Woodridge for my new home. The generator installation was done on the day scheduled and the work was done professionally. After the installation of the gas line from my tank to the generator, a technician showed me how to operate the generator and verified that it would start automatically in case of a loss of power. I am very pleased with the product and the professionalism of the sales person and the technicians who performed the installation and system check out.
