The initial sizing and quotation process done by Will Sandidge was very thorough and very easy. The installation was very nicely done. I was probably a technicians worst nightmare because I have some old HVAC knowledge and was able to hang out and observe just everything they did. Matt and Dylan were very friendly and took the time to answer every single question. They did a very clean and profession installation and I highly recommend them. I gave them a B on price (to avoid straight As - nobody is perfect), because you can probably find cheaper companies and installs, but I feel you get what you pay for and I have no doubt that I got a professional, expert installation.

The team arrived on time and did their jobs. they were more then accommodating to our needs and interfaced with other contractors seamlessly.

He was on time super professional and even called the other company to let them know what he found ( not good news to give the other company). I have 2 circuit breaker boxes. I am still not sure I needed a 400 amp upgrade. I already has 300 amps and never had a single problem .Now I have an unsightly and huge piece of metal conduit running up the side of my roof, through a huge hole drilled through my roof. It is 5 feet off the roof with pieces of metal hanging off it. In addition there is a massive electrical line about 1 1/2 inches in diameter, running through my attic and coming down the other side of my house. One breaker box is not flat and has large gaps all around it. The boys who did the job seemed to do it well. It seemed they do not often do this sort of thing . Jesse and Nick worked really hard. The quality control guy came after all the work was done, swept and labeled circuit boxes.Now Will Sandridge who seems to sell the HVAC and minisplits is not calling back. I also told Melvin Turner I wanted my old circuit breaker boxes and breakers. They took them away without even asking if I wanted them. My house looks ugly now and the reason I put in that electric upgrade was to get minisplits or a heat pump and no one is responding.I asked about a surge protector and got a shrug. I am rather devastated and feel I was railroaded into an electric upgrade perhaps to give the boys the experience? I see no other reviews with an electric upgrade, just generators.

Everything From Start To Finish Went Very Smoothely

Team came as scheduled. Performed installation properly. Everyone was professional and polite.

I called 4 times in one week to get someone out to fix our a/c upstairs. I was told a service guy would call me. One of the service guys called me once and I told him my problem and he said he would call me back but never did. I called 2 more times after that and never once got a call back. It has now been 2 weeks.

Our semi-annual PM program revealed our 20 year heating/cooling system had finally died. We scheduled a follow-up visit with Eric Glass of Wooldridge to confirm the technicians evaluation and discuss replacement options. Their price quote for an improved system was reasonable and included discounts and installation two days later. The three man crew arrived on time as scheduled and spent the full day replacing the items we had contracted for. They worked efficiently and took time to explain what they were doing as I stopped by to check on their progress during the day. They were knowledgeable, courteous and did an excellent job, including a very thorough clean-up and removal of the old system. Before departing, they provided all the manuals/installation documentation and answered our questions. We were well satisfied with their professionalism and can recommend them to others as well.

The company sent someone out quickly. He assessed the problem and offered a couple of different options (repair or replace). We discussed the pros and cons of each option as well as the cost. Our house has two heat pumps and he also checked the second one. He recommended replacement because both units were the same age. Installation was quick and the crew was very professional. Several weeks later, one of the units would not run. We contacted the company and they sent someone out immediately. A wire had come loose preventing the unit from coming on. The problem was easily resolved and there was no service charge for the visit. Overall this was a great experience and we would definitely hire them again.

Went well met with Cr and design project. Needed help getting proper track lighting. Cr did not provide this service. Cr handles all my resting needs as well. Great company.
