cesl aAC Company has been very responsive, prompt, courteous and efficient. The company could have recommended a more expensive option, where I would have purchased two wall-mounted indoor units (one for each bedroom) that could have been driven by the single compressor outside. However, the brilliant recommendation to add a duct, instead, for guest bedroom was very much appreciated.... saved at least $1500. Wooldridge completed this installation with an extra service call due to additional parts and/or 'learning curve' of installing a new system on the market. I recommend Wooldridge to my friends and neighbors.

They show up on time. They are polite, clean, and helpful. heir workers really seem to know what they are doing. They double-check before doing any additional services. We are happy with the service they provide and will continue to call on them.

The team came on time and actually finished a little before expected. They were tidy, very pleasant and very efficient. Their employees were top notch.

the estimate The appointment was set up and Steven was prompt and informative. He called in route to let us know his approximate time to arrive. He explained everything he was going to do and how long it would take. He informed us of the equipment offered and the approximate cost of the choices. He then walked us through the inspection describing what it included. He answered my questions in detail and explained the difference of installation. He offered advice to make the new system more efficient which we agreed on. When asked about some previous installation problem with the ducting he offered a remedy and included the repair in his estimate.Overall our experience with the company was exceptional.

They have been servicing my home for twelve years. They come when I turn the heat on and then again when I start the air conditioning. I keep a service contract with them. This includes my furnace, ac and water heater. If anything goes wrong I pay for the parts and they take care of the service. They are always good and everyone is always polite.

They arrived on time, and worked quickly and thoroughly to completed the installation. They left the house ad out clean.

We have a 10+ year old heat pump that I was ready to replace years ago. After a very helpful service call, the Wooldridge technician recommended an annual service contract instead. So for the past 3 years they have come out annually and "tweaked" our system and it continues running just fine. I know that if I need emergency service their courteous professional technicians are on call 24/7 and will be right out which is re-assuring especially with a small child in the house. When we finally do need a replacement we will be sure to call Wooldridge -- HIGHLY recommended. Best service I've experienced from ANY company!

He was also friendly, caring, and took the time to explain the job in layman's terms. I will loudly sing Melvin's praises to anyone needing an electrician! He will surely go the extra mile!

The work went fine, but the weather did not cooperate, the work on the window walker is still not completed but the pan is in, not wooldridge go & fault.
