The experience went well. They showed up when they were supposed to, acted in a very professional manner while working. (Never heard any cursing or goofing around). The sales rep said it would take between 8-10 hours and it took them 8 1/2 hours. They cleaned up after themselves when finished. The installer showed great attention to detail and made a follow-up appointment to return and fix something on the duct work because he didn't like the way it looked at no extra charge. You can tell everyone is proud of who they work for and they take pride in their work.

Pros - The lady I schedule the appointment with was nice - they arrived on time - they're responses were knowledgeable - they gave me other recommendations on improvement for the home - they were courteous - they cleaned up after they finished - they answered all my questions - they dressed professionally Cons - A little pricey for the upgrade from oil heat to heat pump, but it was well worth it Overall - I would use them again for a future upgrade or recommend them to others!

The service men were excellent and did a wonderful job of setting up the generator and explaining/discussing the set up and pertinent info regarding the generator.

Went very well. He was polite especially when there did not seem to be a problem with the baseboard heater. It worked fine after he left and I have had no other problems with the baseboard heat since.

Overall it was a pleasant experience. When Woolridge came to our house we had NO HEAT and it was in the teens outside. When they left we HAD a WARM, TOASTY HOME. The men who came out were pleasant, professional, and courteous. They understood our budget and kept within it. Thank you Woolridge!

Melvin Turner ably instructed us on the product and how it would be installed. Wooldridge Heating, Air and Electrical did exactly as he promised.

The estimate process was very detailed. I understood the exact products proposed. The installation took 6 hours as stated and the installation team was excellent.

This is a long story... We needed to have our heat pump and sunroom heater serviced for the winter. We had heard Wooldridge's advertisements on the Rush Limbaugh show, and they did the service on our church heating system, along with being on Angie?s List. We called, and they scheduled an appointment within 3 days. They gave detailed and accurate information as to what would be done and the cost of the service. Tim came out and immediately diagnosed the problem with the sunroom heater?it needed a new motor. (He did not service it that day; it was more cost-effective for us to have him service it when he installed the new motor, which is what happened. That part was ordered and came in within 5 days, and was installed the next day.) Tim serviced our old heat pump and air handler. It was original to the house, and was 21 years old. He told us the compressor was going bad (which was the noise we'd been hearing). He gave us the option of letting it run until it died, or of him setting up an appointment with the estimator for a discussion about a new heat pump. Because we didn?t want to get caught in an emergency situation, we decided to get the information about the new pump. Tim was able to set up the appointment to fit our schedule right from his computer. He completed all paperwork, ordered parts, received payment, and set up appointments by computer from his car. Steve, the estimator, came out 2 days later. He's a professional engineer who used an iPad to measure and custom-design the ductwork for the new air handler to fit in a very awkward location. He explained everything we would need and why, and he determined it was possible to get heat into the ?family room? (which had been converted from a garage by the previous owner, which we had been heating with 2 space heaters). He then gave us the options of the various models and packages Wooldridge sold, and the payment options. Everything was printed out right from his computer and was extremely professional. We did not feel pressured in any way. We chose the unit based on its warranty and the possible benefit to the sale price of the house if we decide to sell. We did take advantage of the sale they are running until Dec. 1 of a free air handler with the purchase of a high efficiency heat pump. We do not feel that their prices are unreasonable, and their payment plan will work well for us. The system was ordered and designed in about 10 days. As it happened, the installers came on the first day of the terrible Hurricane Sandy. They did not cancel because of the weather, nor were they late at all. Nelson and A.R. arrived on time, took great care to cover the floors, worked inside and out, even in the awful weather. They had all the equipment necessary for any eventuality, including a large umbrella. They returned the next morning, with the storm still blowing, and completed installation, testing, and cleanup by 1:00. Every person from Wooldridge with whom we?ve had contact, whether in person or by phone, has been beyond excellent, professional, polite, knowledgeable, and helpful; those who actually came here were considerate of our home, neat, careful, well-trained, extremely efficient, and very upbeat. They were a joy to have in the house. They told us they would take a day and a half, and that?s exactly what it took. They even had to move a good-sized hydrangea bush for us in order to get the new unit properly installed, and they did it very carefully. (The plant is very special to me because when it was tiny, it had stood next to my aunt?s casket during her funeral, and I would have hated to lose it. I?m sure it will be fine.) I was impressed that all the servicemen knew about all the details of the products they serviced?the warranties, the costs, and the how the products worked, which was best and why, etc., etc. They weren?t just ?mechanics.? And we?re very happy with the new heat pump so far. It?s almost silent, and the house is cozy warm, and there is real heat in the family room! Obviously we don?t know how it will affect our utility bill or how it will be when it?s really cold, but we are certainly optimistic that it will run as promised. Wooldridge is a fabulous company. I'm sure I've neglected to mention many "little" things that we appreciated during the time we've worked with them (like their having photo ID business cards, and cleaning up nearly every little speck of dust, and more). Would that all businesses were run the same way, with the same care and consideration. We TOTALLY recommend them.

Representative came to present information on generator and answer questions. The owner came to deliver the system. Installers came to hook up lines. Company contacted my propane company to coordinate project. Another worker came to turn on unit and inservice me.

Smooth sailing all the way and I couldn't be a happier camper!!!! Perfect :):)
